The meeting place is convenient from the train station. The coach bus was very comfortable. The driver was excellent! Tour guide, Gabriel was excellent as well. He’s very kind and accommodating. I recommend this tour .

The journey continues to Grindelwald, a stunning alpine village set at the foot of the famous Eiger North Face. For first-time visitors, this is a true postcard moment: dramatic glaciers, rolling green meadows, and towering mountain peaks surround the village in every direction. Take time to enjoy the fresh mountain air, explore the charming streets, and capture unforgettable photos of one of Switzerland’s most iconic landscapes. Grindelwald offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and authentic alpine atmosphere, making it a highlight of the journey.
Next, the journey continues to Lauterbrunnen, one of Switzerland’s most enchanting valley villages. Nestled between steep, dramatic cliffs, this picturesque town is famous for its stunning waterfalls—over 70 of them cascade down the mountainsides, creating a magical, fairytale atmosphere. For first-time visitors, Lauterbrunnen is a place that feels like stepping into a postcard: lush green meadows, quaint chalets, and breathtaking views at every turn. Take a moment to breathe in the fresh mountain air, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and capture unforgettable photos of this truly unique alpine valley.
A walk to Staubbach Falls is one of the most iconic and rewarding strolls in Lauterbrunnen, perfect for visitors of all ages. Starting from the village center, the path leads gently through flower-filled meadows and traditional Swiss chalets, with sheer limestone cliffs rising dramatically on both sides of the valley. As you walk, the sound of rushing water grows louder, guiding you toward the falls. Staubbach Falls plunge nearly 300 meters from an overhanging cliff, making them one of the highest free-falling waterfalls in Europe. A short trail allows visitors to walk behind the waterfall, offering a refreshing and unforgettable perspective from within the rock face. The walk is short, easy, and incredibly scenic, taking around 15–20 minutes one way. Benches along the route invite you to pause, take photos, and simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Lauterbrunnen Valley.
Interlaken, set between the sparkling lakes of Thun and Brienz and watched over by the legendary peaks of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. Explore the town at your own pace, wander through the Höhematte meadow with its incredible mountain views, and don’t miss the amazing sight of paragliders drifting down from the sky – a true Interlaken highlight. Guests wishing to enhance their Interlaken experience can upgrade to Harder Kulm for an additional fee. This option includes a scenic ride on the Harderbahn funicular to Interlaken’s famous viewpoint at 1,322 meters, offering spectacular panoramic views over Lake Thun, Lake Brienz, and the surrounding Alpine peaks. A perfect add-on for those seeking a higher and more adventurous perspective of the region.
A stroll along Höheweg Street is the perfect way to experience the heart of Interlaken. This wide, scenic boulevard is lined with elegant hotels, cafés, and shops, and offers open views toward the Jungfrau and surrounding Alpine peaks. As you wander, you’ll pass green parks, flower displays, and viewpoints over the Aare River, making it an ideal place to relax, people-watch, and soak in the atmosphere of this charming resort town.

A really good day out. I wasn't sure what to expect of a glass top bus and it wasn't exactly what I had in mind but didn't disappoint in any way. The coach appears very new and the driver was excellent. We started at the bus station which was near the train station so easy to find. The guide gave clear instructions throughout the day of what we would be doing including timings. We had a comfort break as well as a photo opportunity break before our first stop at Grindewald. From there we went onto Lauterbrunnen and finally to Interlaken where we had the most time. The weather was kind which helped as I imagine in the rain it wouldn't be fun and the views would be spoilt. The value for money was great. It was a long day but we both thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend booking this tour and seeing beautiful Switzerland outside of Zurich city.
My family and I enjoyed this tour. Although the tour took all day the view and scenery was worth. Just be prepared for a long, long day. And snacks be sure to bring some snacks as each stop only allow you enough time to sight see and take in the view. Overall, the tour was nice.
One of the best experiences in my life I had. I will recommend this to all my family and friends …..
Nice trip. Bus ride was somewhat uncomfortable. Seats were uncomfortable for a full day trip. Would have liked more interaction and more explanation from guide. But even then, wonderful trip. Would recommend.
They guide was great. Friendly and entertaining and knowledgeable. You get to see beautiful scenery on that drive however you don't have enough time at the stops to do the activities... Which they charge you extra for. It's just wonder the town and look at souvenir shops that aren't very local. I would have rather skipped Grindelwald and had more time in Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. Take that train and do it on your own is my recommendation
5 stars for the scenery. One star for the tour guide. We received virtually no information during this 12 hour experience from the guide. He was efficient at moving the group from stop to stop, but the experience felt very much like being on a transit bus rather than on a tour. When we asked about one of the promised viewing opportunities, he provided incorrect information resulting in an additional (very long) walk. The sequence of stops was changed as well, again with no info. Other views were missed completely because we didn’t know they existed until we reread the Viator tour description. Very disappointing.
We were able to explore Zürich with our limited time. We went to Grindelwald, Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. Just a friendly advice in order to maximize your time exploring and not wasting your time in a restaurant. Grab and go food is a must because the time allotted in each destination is surely not enough and make sure to use the bathroom before you return to Zurich because there is no stop over anymore.
A most enjoyable trip with plenty of scenery and a very knowledgeable guide. A bit more time spent in Interlaken might allow for a visit to either Harder Kulm for the views or St Beatus Caves. The pamphlet shows these extras to "Pimp your Tour" but don't give you enough time to actually achieve them.
Our tour guide was very informative. The time in each location was enough. Beautiful spots, comfortable panaromic bus. Value for money. The bus was a bit hot, the aircon was not working well but we didn't mind much.
We enjoyed the experience very much the coach was comfortable although temperature levels not too good the guide on board was interesting without too much talking we were left to rest in between stops.
Axel and John were amazing tour guides. We had a wonderful time. Very informative and helpful. The scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Highly recommend!
To much time in the towns with nothing exciting to see. Would have enjoyed more time in the country with guide explaining the scenery.
We missed bus and never able to recover. Lost money and spent extra money to other trip. No help from anyone. Except sorry, you are late. Don't late, looooose money
Disappointing tour experience. The heatwave in Switzerland made sightseeing miserable, leaving us sweating and unable to comfortably explore the destinations.
Gregg was a our tour guy , and he was a best tour guy ever! Compliments coming from who doesn't like the walking tour period! It was a my wife's idea to take this tour and we are so glad we did, after this tour we know about Zurich! Gregg was a funny and curious and informative and most of all?he genuinely cares about his tourist , I know! being a tour guy is difficult job but he executed beautifully!! I highly recommend this tour and asked for Gregg to be your next tour guy!
Great travel day inspire of bad weather and a flat tire experienced at midday. Incredible scenery in every direction and above!!
A very nice day. Plenty to see and plenty of time to see everything in each place. Zed was very informative and a great guide. The bus was fantastic with the glass roof. Excellent driver.
Good combination of places (Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken). Beautiful lakes and mountains to be seen all along the way. Our guide was very knowledgeable and willing to share information with the group. However I wish he had requested the fellow passengers in the bus to not talk while he was explaining - it would have been easier to hear him. Otherwise a very memorable trip
The bus was dirty. The intake air vents were cloged with dirt. The seat frames had lots of built up grime. The sky windows were covered in dust and spots. The driver drove very fast. Passengers had to hold on, not be tossed around. Driver had to often break hard to avoid running into the vehicle in front of him. Until we stopped, a couple of hours into the ride, they had the air off. The ride was awful, the scenery was beautiful. I recommend the destination!
It was great, the tour guide was excellent and the whole program was well down. We enjoyed it very much!
It was an amazing experience Bus was soo cool the guide was also very very helpful. It was an adventure .
One of the best tours. I recommend it when visiting Switzerland. .
Sad that we were so short on time that at each stop the guide said. Here is what you could donate thisnstop but we don't have time so just walk the city or each lunch. This was repeated at each stop. And if you chose to do one of the activities and missed the bus you could pay to take the train toothed next stop. SAD. Also our guide Axel, though a nice man only gave information for about 45min total of a 12hr day and on the way back he said he would skip the lecture so we could sleep. I did not pay to sleep. We could have saved money by buying a train ticket and guiding ourselves..
The tour was perfectly systematic. Axel runs the tour with ease whilst you are on the bus and then you have liberty to have your free time, so you are on a tour without actually being on a tour.
I want to express special thanks to the tour operators for their excellent communication and coordination with the tour guides and drivers. At our last stop at Interlaken we took a funicular train up to the top, which I highly recommend! The views are spectacular from up there: you can see the town between the 2 lakes, and there is a special viewing platform up there, where you can stand even above the paragliders flying. Even though we did not get to spend much time up there and tried to get back in line to take the ride down, the crowds were so huge that 3 trains full of visitors went before we could get on the ride to get down to our bus. When I realized that we would not make it back to our bus by the set pickup time, I called the tour operators and they coordinated a pick up for us in an alternative location. So all turned out well and we got picked up to get back to Zurich. Phew! A bit stressful but it worked out. A little tip: if you take the funicular to the top at Interlaken, you can take no more that 10 minutes there to look around and take pictures, otherwise you could get stuck in the queue for the ride down like we did. Overall, this was a good tour, 3 places in 1 day is a lot, and it’s pretty far, so it’s rushed, but worth it!
I was with Axel group, big bus. I got confused about the pick up spot and was left behind by the bus. I’m unable to get in touch with Axel. Luckily I have a what’s up with Zed, I asked for help getting back with my tour group. He gave me information on the timelines on where they will be. I was able to get back with my big tour group in grindelwald. Thanks to Zed!!! You’re awesome!!!
Great day out. All the family enjoyed the sightseeing and beautiful scenery! The bus was comfortable and the bus driver was friendly and helpful.
It was very informational, the tour guide was very nice, there was a lot to see and a lot to do at each stop.
It was a fun tour, great guide. Recommend. We visited the main attractions. The guide was informative too
Rubbish Absolutely Rubbish. Mentioned wrong address and rejected refund request. I waited for 10 minutes from 7:55 am to 8:05 am at mentioned address and after calling customer service at 8:08 am . She rudely said bus is gone at 8:06 am and she said you should call us before to confirm the address. Why would you guys not informed the change of address. Later on they refused to refund.
The guide was amazing and gave us good points to see at each locations visited. We had a wonderful time in this one day trip
Axel was great - he left very close to on time at every stop and made sure it was the individual travelers responsibility to Make the bus or not
Very bad operator and service,,no response to tourists at all, ignored tourists just for money !we flew 11 hours for nothing, traveling plan totally messed, unforgettably expensive
Bus was okay and gave us comfort and excellent view. Guidance was good and entertaining but can be improved.
The trip was an amazing experience to see the beautiful sights outside of Zurich! Axel was an awesome tour guide and very knowledgeable!
Great tour to beautiful stops. Axl our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bus ride was very comfortable on nice buses.
Beautiful scenery, the bus ride was comfortable , the guide was very helpful. Overall experience was great, those places are very pleasant and I am glad we did the trip , the price was very good. I definitely recommend the tour and this tour company.
This was relatively self guided. There wasn’t a great deal of information shared but I didn’t have that expectation. Guides were very casual and accommodating. It rained for the first half of the tour.
We had a wonderful time and the all day tour was just perfect especially if you don’t have a lot of time in Switzerland. We were able to cover all the great places to visit. Thanks to David being welcoming, for doing such a great job giving us all the historical facts/info about the different towns/villages we visited. He was also good with providing us strict/specific details about the time/schedules so we can all enjoy the itinerary at each location stops. I would definitely recommend this tour 👍
I give it 4.5 because it was an amazing tour. It is a Nice bus, beautiful amazing areas, nice staff, and everything on schedule. However, I will give it 5 if we had just 15-30 minutes more in each of the 3 destinations to have time to complete the attraction in each location. We were literally running and quickly going through the attraction to be able to go back on time to the bus. I also suggest to add a phone charging plug in each seat. Most buses have that usually. Thank you we had a great time and highly recommend the tour for people who can run around to see things.
AMAZING tour! A perfect way to experience the gorgeous Swiss Alps. Gabriel our tour guide was awesome and we were in great hands with John the driver. Highly recommend!
Good trip overall but there was unclear instructions about pick up in lauterbrunnen. We couldn’t find the pick up point there was a few people who also couldn’t and within a few minutes they left without us all. They also said it was 5.30 leave in interlaken but they left at 5 so there was lots of empty seats on the bus in the way home. The guide was ok but the bus driver was a total pervert. He told me I had a perfect figure and asked if I would bend over so he could take a photo of my bum and legs.
This tour was mainly drive us to a spot. Let us off and we’re on our own for hour or two hours. That’s all it was.
The trip was good. There is no counter at the Zurich bus station to guide you, but you just have to look for the bus, which is recognizable. Be on time.
If you are simply looking for a bus ride to these destinations, fine. If you are looking for a guide who will talk about the country and point out sites along the way, as well as give you clear instructions and tell you about the places you’re visiting, this is not the one you want. The description of the tour should have been explicit that it was not a guided trip.
If you have never ventured into the beautiful swiss alps then this trip will show you the stunning scenery!
Zed and Gabriel were first rate. The tour sights were breathtaking. It was an amazing tour. Well worth doing.
Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service. I was only a few minutes late due to severe traffic caused by an accident a situation completely outside my control. The moment I realized I would be delayed, I proactively contacted customer service hoping they would help me find a solution so I could still join the tour. Instead of receiving support, empathy, or even basic guidance, I was met with complete indifference. I was simply told that they did not know anything and that I should contact the service provider I booked through. This response was unacceptable and showed a complete lack of ownership and customer care. What makes this even more frustrating is that there were still realistic options available. I could have arranged alternative transport and joined the tour in Lucerne, where other passengers were being picked up. However, no effort was made to assist, advise, or help me explore any alternatives. I was effectively left on my own despite reaching out in advance. I understand that tours operate on schedules and policies, but good customer service is measured by how customers are treated when unexpected situations happen. In this case, there was no flexibility, no empathy, and no genuine attempt to help. This experience left me feeling ignored, unsupported, and deeply disappointed. Based on how this situation was handled, I would seriously reconsider booking with this company again and would encourage others to carefully consider the level of customer support they can expect.
It’s a good compressed means to see a lot of Switzerland in a short period of time. Axel was an excellent tour guide. He provided great insight about the individual cities and country.
