Tour ran on time, was comfortable bus with good audio. Driver was helpful with storing the wheelchair and making sure my mum got on safely. Boat tour was the same and accessible for wheelchairs.

Good overview of the City of Zurich. The staff was very accomidating when we requested to move up our tour time and the accomodations were very comfortable.

We took the city tour for 2 hours. Don’t waste your time & money. Once we got started,fyi…it’s prerecorded. What was in the audio didn’t match where we were! Left us puzzled as what are we looking at except the obvious was the lake! 2 hours included dropping off people for 2 other tours or addition to the city tour. I give a lot of credit for bus driver on the narrow streets, u turns as well as construction going on. You’re on your own once you board the bus, plug in your ear buds right away. The driver never made on announcement that the audio was starting. Details in meeting place tells you the color of building but it would have been helpful to say..”it’s a major bus parking lot”. Original reservation gave another address.!

Had an accident and no one form yourself or the bus operators company contacted us to check if we fine. We didn’t get to complete the tour.

This is a well-run tour with canned audio but it was quite informative. I would recommend this tour if you just have a little bit to explore the city.

We had just a couple hours between train and airport. It was raining on and off. This was perfect way to get a complete overview of the city. Good commentary.

The info was fine, and bus was comfortable, but our ride was 1 1/2 hours with a 15 minute stop. Pretty pricy for an audio tour. Would have preferred a live guide, or more stops.

A basic bus overview of the city. However window placements did not allow full viewing of both sides of the bus. So we missed half the route.

This is a basic overview sitting on a bus with an audio guide describing some landmarks as you pass them. Depending which side of the bus you are on, you will miss some for sure. Zurich has a rich history so it's a good starting point but you experience so much more walking. Unfortunately when your limited in time, this is an ok option.

The recording mentioned building and monuments but didn’t say the neighborhood we drove thru. I knew we were in old town but the recording didn’t mention it. Trip was boring.

We very much enjoyed our bus tour of Zurich. It had some great historical and cultural information and gave us a great overlook and views of the city. Our bus driver was very friendly, funny and helpful. A great way to spend a couple of hours if you find yourself with some free time, well worth the effort.

Take this tour!!!! But make sure to ask for Vanessa!!! She was fantastic. The tour was great. We were on every mode of transportation. Train, bus, boat etc. Vanessa made this such a memorable experience!!!!! There are a few hills to climb so be aware of that but most of the time you can climb at your own pace. But there is a schedule so keeping up is important. But I would definitely take this tour with Vanessa.

Enjoyed our tour as a family of four. Very comfortable ride and narration of the sights we passed by was good.

This is around 2 hours tour covering best places in Zurich . For me it's not worth as time is not sufficient to explore the city. But something is better than nothing

I had one day in Zurich and chose this trip as a way to see the city. Tour was as advertised, left on time with a courteous driver. The audio commentary was informative and the trip gave a nice overview of city highlights. Upon completion, I was able to visit some of the places we had seen.

You need to redeem a paper ticket from Box office which was not clear to many people. Late departure by 10 min. Initially commentary did not match where we were. The stop along way scheduled ten minutes was over 15 minutes. Then last part was stuck idling in traffic for over 25 minutes - yes that can’t be avoided but nearly 1/4 tour with traffic should be advised. Would have been good to have a higher up point for photo opportunity

Very easy and relaxing way to see the city. Audio commentary (ours in English) was timed well and informative. Glad we did this on our first day in the city.

My family and I really enjoyed this tour of the city. We loved hearing about the various landmarks through provided headphones. We also really appreciated being able to get off of the tour bus to take photos together and of the beautiful view of the city. The only opportunity for improvement that I will mention is that it would be great for the assigned tour guide to be more visible to the tour group to ensure everyone knows when to head back to the bus when the 15 min break is over. Overall, this was a great tour of Zurich.

Your ticket purchased on this site does not reserve a seat on the tour. Approximately 10 ticket holders were turned away because they oversell the bus. I would not purchase with this company again.

We had 2 days in Zurich- sister, husband and mother. This was the perfect amount of time and very comfortable ride. Our driver was lovely and we all felt it exceeded our expectations.

The audio was very informative and we were even allowed 15 minutes to walk around. It was great for a Sunday when all other shops are closed!

Good tour if you’re pressed for time. Bus is nice and comfortable but sometimes the timing of the audio recording doesn’t line up. There’s also a stop for like 20 minutes to take a quick walk or bathroom (cost money) Bus driver was also friendly and safe driver

I took this tour with my mother and daughter. It was a nice short tour however due to all the traffic, the bus was at a standstill for almost 25% of time, therefore the audio part of it was so slow. Not the tour operators fault but I would recommend taking it during a weekday and not a weekend when the traffic is not so bad. Unless the traffic is the same everyday of the week, then there’s nothing else they could do. The driver was safe and the information was great. I personally would have walked but since I had my elderly mom, walking was not an option so for those who want to sit back and relax, this tour would be a good option.

This is a no-brainer… Just do it. It is the best way to see the maximum possible, in the minimum time possible, in total comfort. And a very good audio commentary. At a reasonable price. Reserve your places in advance. And enjoy.

A wonderful city! But when we did this tour, it’s raining so I didn’t enjoy the view, anyway I’m still recommending this city tour… highly recommended….
