Our driver was prompt and courteous and had a van big enough for six people plus luggage from a two week vacation. Our flight was canceled late the day before we were supposed to fly out and we had to reschedule which meant we need to be picked up earlier. I sent a message to the tour operator and they took care of it even though it was overnight highly recommend.

This is as good as a transportation company gets. They sent me a message when the flight arrived giving me instructions with pictures on how to find them after picking up our luggage. They meet us at the designated point with a card with my name and walked us to our vehicle who took us immediately to our destination. Thank you for a great experience.

Our booking confirmation describe an executive car, MB E-series or similar. Our ride was a Prius taxi. Paid for one thing but got another. We did arrive at airport safely, but drive drop us off a long distance from the ticket counter.

We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off at the airport. The driver was even early! The bus was clean and the driver was very friendly.

While the driver was polite. I am very tall and need the comfort of being in the front seat otherwise my back will ache. I asked the driver in the beginning for the front seat. He came up with excuses why this could not happen, though the seat only had his bag on it. Luckily the drive to the airport was short.

I appreciated when I booked the transfer that the dispatcher suggested a very early pick-up time and I am glad she did because it took more time at the Zurich Airport versus other airports because of its size. Company is very responsible on change of time and driver is excellent! We requested to move up the pick up time the day before and company did their best to accommodate.

We had an early flight from Zurich airport . We had to be picked up at hotel at 4:15 AM. Our driver was in Lobby waiting for the four of us in a spacious van that could accommodate everyone’s luggage . Having to leave so early in morning was made worry free by our driver !!

We (family of three) availed the Private Tranfers in Paris & Zurich from AlpTransfer.com and were extremely satisfied with their services. My wife, Sister-in-law and her husband got off an Avalon river cruise in Basel, Switzerland and since we were flying out of Zurich, we decided to extend a day. We needed a shuttle to the airport from Zurich City. Viator didn't have the Zurich Renaissance Tower Hotel on their list, but I still received an email from the local Viator rep, letting me know they knew where the hotel was and would be their promptly at 10am. The driver was right on time and we got to the airport without any issues. I would highly recommend using Viator. It saved us about $100 from what Avalon was going to charge us to have someone shuttle us.

Booked 2 shuttles: 04:30 for 2 people; 07:30 for 6 people (9-13 passengers w/luggage). 04:15 shuttle for 2 worked great! 07:30 shuttle was a disaster. Time scheduling software had problems. Booked for 07:30; confirmed 09/11, received text driver arrived at 06:52, contacted vendor - Alp transfer and they stated “…. can’t wait, exceeded 15 minute window, and left! Had to pay for 2 taxis. Request refund!!!

The driver arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and sent a text message. I had no idea he was the transfer because he turned up in a $140000 car! It was a new Tesla S Model. Such a unique and beautiful vehicle and the driver was soo nice and friendly.. I wouldn’t hesitate using this company again and I would definitely book this for my clients in the future. I’m a travel agent and I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences with transfers.
