AlpExcursion.com provided driving services for my workshop group of 15 people in September.  They did a great job with our three city-city transfers and four day trips.  The drivers were personable, knowledgeable, and professional (thank you Goce, Daniel, and one other).  They all offered restaurant and attraction recommendations everywhere we visited.  Only one slight snag when there were unavoidable traffic delays picking us up and we weren’t made aware of the reason for the delay and subsequent updates until we called them.  I would definitely use them again. The tour guide couldn’t speak good English as he was from India and very hard to understand. He also never talked unless we asked him a question. He took us on a boat ride and said it was included and the boy captain was very mad and said he should have known better. I asked him to explain the historical sites and he had no knowledge. The worse tour we have ever taken. We need a refund please as we left the 2hr excursion after 25 min of nothing

Our plane was delayed and I emailed with the new flight number and arrival time No one was there to pick us up!!I called and was told it was cancelled because we were a no show!! After an 11 hour overnight flight an hour line in customs was very disappointing

This transfer was easy to book. The driver communicated well after we landed and was easy to find. As we requested, they provided a car seat for our baby.

We notified this company that our flight was delayed slightly due to weather but their response was that we’d be considered a “No Show” and forfeit our payment. Upon looking for the Taxi line, we found the driver holding the sign containing our name and figured this meant they were following through on the ride. We walked with our bags to this driver’s car and he informed us he’d only take us if we paid him another $70 cash. We declined this for multiple reasons and took the train. Save your money and take a traditional taxi / Uber or the train.

Our driver spoke English well and was pleasant and informative. I think his name was Payem. (Should have written it down!). We were transported in a very nice Tesla. Even though we arrived an hour early, the service was proactive and arranged to pick us up reasonably after arrival.

The driver met us at the arrival as planned. A very pleasant gentleman. However, we paid for a Mercedes sedan and was picked up in a Prius. I have nothing against a Prius it’s just at this price point and what was reserved didn’t match up.

I give the driver, Miguel, 5 stars. He was fantastic. The admin staff get zero stars. I got stuck in an hour and a half long queue for passport clearance and she kept calling, 3 times, and texting to nag about extended wait times and fees. Cost me an extra CHF 60. The driver already new and understood my predicament since we had been texting since my flight landed

Paul was extraordinary in the delivery of our pickup at Zurich Airport - despite a 1 hour delay to our flight incoming - Paul was aware and communicated by SMS prior to and immediately on our landing to introduce himself and let us know where we meet him - even better - at the luggage carousel - there he was !! He handled our bags and steered them to his vehicle - very efficient - punctual - courteous and a very likeable gentleman all rolled into one !…. You hear of many transfer issues on reviews - go with these guys - if your in luck you’ll get Paul - however it was 100% smooth and stress free - can’t recommend enough!!
