Very classy hotel with semi modern decore. It has a lot of character. Staff at this hotel is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel welcome. It's very convenient to get to and from airport or Zurich city center.
The property itself is clean and breakfast buffet is great. They don't have a sauna or swimming pool. For evening relaxation, the bar lounge and patio is beautiful to watch sunset. Every single team member goes above and beyond to make you feel like a valued guest.
It has become one of my favorite hotels, and I would rate it as a 5-star hotel. The service is excellent, the location is fantastic, and the staff (Malak and Yan) at the reception are wonderful. Regarding the cancellation policy, I had an emergency and had to return home, and they were very understanding. I highly recommend it. See you soon.

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The hotel feels like a dream, with a peaceful atmosphere and absolutely breathtaking views. Waking up to the scenery every morning was one of the highlights of our trip.
The facilities and garden are relatively small, but they are beautifully designed and very well maintained, creating a cozy and relaxing environment. We spent two wonderful days here and enjoyed every moment.

We were there just for the afternoon, ajd while the location is amazing, the service was not at the level and neither the cakes. We asked what cakes they had and the waiter just said go and check them out. And then he said we could also get them ourselves, was a short walk from the table and no, he was not joking. Then said would bring them since we asked.
