Velimir has gave me a tour and around and had a significant idea about the history of the place which shows how he was attached. Neverthan less Sarah the F&b manager was a humming bee checking on everybody on the breakfast. Amazing team and health enviroment.

The hotel failed to honor the booking conditions it confirmed in writing I booked and paid for a room at Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich for two men. Before payment, the hotel confirmed that the room would have two separate beds. After payment, I specifically asked for confirmation again and received it in writing by email. We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM. We were not given access to the room until 3:30 PM because, according to the staff, it was still being prepared. When we finally entered the room, there was one shared bed. I showed the staff their own written confirmation and asked them to provide the room with two separate beds that I had booked and paid for. They refused. The only solution the hotel offered to two men was to sleep together in the same bed, but with two separate blankets. As a result, instead of taking care of my business in Zurich, I was forced to waste my time searching for another hotel. The hotel took my money, confirmed the accommodation conditions in writing, and then failed to honor them. I would never recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. My experience has shown that even a written confirmation from Mandarin Oriental Savoy cannot be trusted.

We had such a great stay at the Mandarin Zurich ! The hotel location is perfect to discover the city, rooms are beautiful and cosy and the team is so adorable and welcoming. Jennifer took very good care of us and made us feel at home. The restaurant team and Tomas were also very nice and helpful, we especially enjoyed the breakfast ! Thank you so much to the Mandarin Oriental Zurich team, you made our engagement trip unforgetable !

I always know that I will have a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental, however the whole team went beyond our expectations. They provided us with a great room, had arranged nice surprises for us. Jennifer from the Front desk was really helpful. Sebastian and their team were great. I of course do not forget the reservation department and the housekeeping team. Thank you Mr. Reiner and the whole team for making our stay memorable to celebrate our engagement.
