The concierge manager - Jens Maier - went out of his way to make sure that my husband and I had the very best day in Zurich. He gave us his personal walking tour with a map he created for his guests. He also suggested and made a reservation for us at a Fondue restaurant. Forever grateful I got to taste this. The best I have ever had! Thank you Jens for making this day special.

Fabulous hotel! My husband and I only stayed for one night, but it was amazing. The hotel itself is stunning, the staff made us feel so welcome, and the location is great. We mentioned that we were visiting Switzerland on our honeymoon, and they surprised us with champagne, balloons, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a handwritten note. I called the front desk to ask for ice, and before I had even hung up the phone, someone was at our door with a bucket of ice and a chilled bottle. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Zurich, I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)

One of the finest hotels I have stayed at. Huge spacious rooms (especially for Europe) and the BEST staff, truly the sweetest people - from room service to house keeping, to the front desk staff everyone is just so KIND and especially to my little one who is barely 2 years old. They include the option to do breakfast a la carte in your room which is a lifesaver for parents with little ones. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a luxury stay with only the finest amenities.

I have stayed at Park Hyatt Zurich several times, and it continues to be one of my favorite hotels in Zurich. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the professionalism and attention to detail that define this property. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, offering the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is sophisticated yet relaxed, making every stay enjoyable. What truly stands out is the exceptional service. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. The level of hospitality is exactly what you would expect from a world-class luxury hotel. The location is also excellent—close enough to explore the city easily while still offering a peaceful environment away from the busiest areas. The bar, restaurants, and overall facilities are all maintained to a very high standard. After multiple stays, I can confidently say that Park Hyatt Zurich has never disappointed me. If you are looking for luxury, comfort, outstanding service, and a memorable experience in Zurich, I highly recommend this hotel.
