Amazing, service at room is 100/10. Staff is friendly. Every request is meet quickly. I am so impressed with Swimming pool ( warm, kids love it), staff named Fatiha and Brenda is lovely and nice. Would come back here if I travel to Switzerland again.

We would like to give a special mention to Fatiha for her outstanding hospitality during our stay at Novotel. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Fatiha went above and beyond by ensuring our room was consistently stocked with enough water, tea, coffee, and milk. It may seem like a small gesture, but it’s this level of care and attention to detail that makes a real difference to the guest experience. Her warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable, and she is a real credit to the Novotel team. Thank you, Fatiha, for making us feel so well looked after. Outstanding Hospitality, Spotless Comfort, and Great Connectivity in Zürich West We stayed at the Novotel Zurich City West for two nights (October 3–4, 2025) and had a genuinely wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Location & Transit The hotel is set in the vibrant Zürich West district, striking a great balance between a quiet, relaxed atmosphere and effortless city connectivity. Having the Technopark tram stop just steps away made exploring Zürich remarkably convenient—getting to Zürich Hauptbahnhof (HB) took only around 10–12 minutes. Rooms & Comfort Our room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally quiet, providing a restful retreat after long days out in the city. The bed was very comfortable, and all the essential amenities were well-maintained and fully functioning. Exceptional Housekeeping & Staff Service What truly set this stay apart was the warm, professional hospitality. A special mention and heartfelt thank you go to Yasmin from housekeeping. She was remarkably kind, attentive, and thorough throughout our visit. Her attention to detail and genuine care ensured our room was in pristine condition, adding a personal, thoughtful touch that made our trip memorable. The entire front desk and support team were equally welcoming and eager to help. Verdict Between the prime transit connections, clean and comfortable facilities, and outstanding guest care, Novotel Zurich City West exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zürich!
