A special thank you to Mr. Thomas Brunnschweiler, who took excellent care of me in every possible way throughout my six-night stay. He was always extremely respectful, professional, and helpful, and made everything related to my stay smooth and easy. His outstanding service and willingness to assist made a very positive impression on me. Regarding the hotel, the housekeeping and room cleaning were excellent, and I was very satisfied with the service. My only comment concerns the air conditioning. It mainly provides air circulation rather than actual cooling like a proper air-conditioning system. A more effective cooling system would greatly improve the comfort of the rooms, especially during warmer weather. Once again, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Thomas Brunnschweiler for his exceptional service, professionalism, and support throughout my entire stay.

It is close to the airport thus uber was less than CHF30 for a 6 seater car. However to get to the city costs CHF7.20 for 2 hours across 2 zones on local transports. Thankfully, Zurich was small enough to cover within a day thus we did not feel the need to get to the city as many times. They provide free luggage storage which was handy as it allows us to move across Switzerland easily. Aldi is 500 m away thus we could get our groceries easily We were also thankful to the staff who were always helpful and courteous. We were grateful for the free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment so our children could sleep on proper beds instead of a sofa bed in our previously booked 1 bedroom apartment. The hotel adopts a common room on the 2nd floor. Guests can use the microwave, crockery and Cutleries freely. There are fresh towels which guests can help themselves to if they need additional towels. The coin operated laundry and dryers are cheap too, only CHF2 per wash and another CHF2 for drying

We stayed at this hotel with a tour group. The rooms were comfortable, and even the extra bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was very satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very nice and always polite, but management has issues. I had an early flight and arrived at 10 AM. They had rooms available but they charge 50 CHF for early checkin, which is normally at 4 pm. This is a very bad practice first of all, and unreasonable since i don't just pay to have a place to sleep, i pay for comfort and a pleasant experience while i travel and the room is available so i'm not inconveniencing anyone. But for someone with a 2 weeks stay that paid a considerable amount, you could at least make an exception. During my 2 week stay, i had to ask for my bedsheets to be changed after a week and a half because the cleaning just means changing the towels and emptying the trash. Could use more variety in breakfast options. The only dessert was a weird cake that seems to be made of leftovers. I like that they have a kitchen in the room, but the 3-in-1 (shower gel, shampoo, kitchen soap) gives a cheap motel vibe. Please change it. Thank you!
