Courtyard By Marriott Zurich North

Had a very comfortable stay at Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North. The location is probably its biggest advantage — it’s extremely convenient to the train station, which made getting around Zurich and travelling with luggage very easy. The rooms are decently sized, comfortable and well maintained, and overall we were quite happy with our stay. The only letdown was that complimentary breakfast was not included, which would have made the stay feel a little more complete. Apart from that, a very convenient and comfortable hotel, especially if easy access to public transport is a priority.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North from 28th to 30th July with our family. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 2–3 minute walk from Zurich Oerlikon railway station and only one train stop from Zurich Airport, making it extremely convenient for both sightseeing and airport transfers. There are several Indian restaurants within walking distance, and having a Co-op supermarket right next to the hotel was an added convenience for our family. A special mention goes to Gül from the breakfast service team. My mother is lactose intolerant, and on both mornings Gül went out of her way to ensure she had lactose-free milk and gluten-free bread available. Her attentiveness and genuine care made a big difference to my mother’s breakfast experience. We were also travelling with our two-year-old son, and Gül was incredibly warm, patient, and accommodating. She understood the needs of a young child and made us feel truly welcome. Her hospitality, kindness, and proactive service reflect exceptionally well on the hotel. Thank you, Gül, and the entire Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North team, for making our family stay so comfortable and memorable. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich.

Came from the US for my birthday & didn’t know where in Zurich to stay, this was the best possible choice. It’s literally across the street from the train station and coop grocery store, McDonald’s, Starbucks, and a bunch of different restaurants! The H&M is also across the street & saved me when I didn’t have swimming clothes. The rooms were nice, clean and modern! All the people who worked at the front desk were so nice! My adapter didn’t work with my straightener and they let me borrow one. 10/10 location. It’s only a 4 min train ride to the main center (which I wouldn’t want to stay there because it’s insanely crowded). We jumped on the train to go to all the different cities and it’s so convenient that it’s next to the train station.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The team member at check in was wonderful, the hotel and rooms were very clean, the rooms are tastefully designed and spacious, the shower was great and the beds were comfortable. Check out went really smooth and again, fantastic, friendly service. The location was great! It’s in a quiet area, only about a 3-5 min walk from the train station and once you’re on your train your 10 min or less from both the airport and city centre.
