I can't say enough about how comfortable my visit was here.. Great room. Amazing shower. Kind and accommodating staff. The bar manager, Viktoria is amazing! Sweet and kind , but also enforces the rules. She's awesome. Stay here and also, UKRAINE! 🇺🇦

The location of this hotel is great, and by city’s standards it’s good value. The downside’s, however, come with that affordability. The rooms are tiny, and if you’re a couple only on side of the bed is accessible. There’s no ability to make hot drinks in the room, which is a first for me in Switzerland. Lastly, everything is controlled by an iPad. Lights, TV, curtains, temperature. That’s a great gimmick, but it’s laggy to come out of sleep and be operable when you want to make a change, and multiple times it seemed to drop off the wifi when trying to use the TV.
Contemporary hotel is great for younger travelers with sufficient modern smaller rooms, purple lit showers. Ipad for blinds, lights and tv control. Sink has cold water only. Toilet is in same enclosed capsule as shower. Small closet. Blower dryer. They don't clean the room unless asked to do so. Self check in with Ipad. Drinks at bar are about $15. Close to the #2 & #9 city train. About 4-5 restaurants closeby. We were able to use the train for all of our sight seeing. Seemed safe to walk at night.
Stayed for a night on the 6th June. Good bed. Slept like a log. Wonderful service by the staff, especially meeting a fellow Thai person as a member of staff here is wonderful. Miss Bee is very kind in explaining how to get around and also warned me about the weekend rave that happens in the summer that happens until midnight. Also it seems the neighboring room's door slamming does vibrate the wall a little. The room itself is relatively quiet and well furnished. Breakfast was very good and has a lot of variety. Would recommend it to people and also would visit again if I am travelling there again.
If you are young or single traveler or on a business trip then this hotel ticks all the boxes. If you are an older couple maybe not. Rooms are small. Room cleaning is opt in. Bathroom is adequate but room becomes a sauna for a while after a shower. Bed is set against window so as a couple one person has to climb over to get in and out. Hotel solution move pillows but still have to climb down bed to get out. If staying in for evening room only has one chair so somebody watching TV from bed. Room controlled by iPad. Worked ok for lights etc but had multiple issues with tv. My home automation is more reliable than this setup. You can get water for room downstairs but no facilities in room. A previous poster said that four star hotel should be a five. I would suggest it's a high 3 star. I realise you pay for what you get but older couples consider alternatives.
