Central Plaza Hotel

I had a great experience at Central Plaza Hotel, thanks to Luka. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. He assisted me in choosing the right room and even helped me find parking for my car. What impressed me most was his willingness to go above and beyond his regular duties to make sure everything went smoothly. His positive attitude, dedication, and excellent customer service made my stay much more enjoyable. Thank you, Luka, for your outstanding support. You are a great asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend this hotel because of staff members like you.

The main reason for my low rating is the hotel’s lack of consideration for the comfort and rest of its guests. We are traveling as a family and came from a place with a 7-hour time difference. Anyone who travels internationally knows that it can take several days for the body to adjust to the local time zone. Despite this, almost every morning we were woken up by extremely loud construction and renovation noise. I want to make this very clear: the videos and audio attached to this review were recorded from inside my hotel room, while I was lying in bed. This is exactly what we were hearing from our beds early in the morning. If you listen to the audio, you will understand what I mean—the noise was absolutely deafening and made it impossible to sleep or rest. For a hotel that hosts so many international tourists, I expected much more awareness and consideration. The hotel knows that many of its guests are traveling from different time zones and may need several days to adjust. Scheduling extremely noisy construction work first thing in the morning, while guests are trying to sleep in the rooms they paid for, shows a serious lack of consideration for the guest experience. The service was also inconsistent. Some members of the staff were kind, polite, and helpful, while others were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. A hotel stay should provide comfort and rest, especially for families traveling internationally. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely spectacular experience — 20 out of 10! Everything about our stay was amazing. The service, the attention to detail, the kindness of the staff, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The person who assisted us at the front desk, SIMON, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful, making us feel truly taken care of from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was also excellent — the food, the service, and the atmosphere were all wonderful. Every detail made our stay even more special. We are extremely grateful for such a beautiful experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. We can’t wait to come back!

Central Plaza Hotel was great. We were greeted by Simon who was absolutely fantastic. He went out of his way to help us with cafes and restaurants options. Marked out all the sights in the area. We tried all his suggestions and he was spot on - they were great. He is an absolute credit to the Central Plaza Hotel. Our room was fantastic, clean, comfy, close to all sight seeing and the train station. We absolutely loved our stay. A extra bonus we got to watch English speaking TV 😆 it's sometimes the small things 😁
