25hours Hotel Zurich Langstrasse

Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I expected. The room had several issues. The bathroom is open to the room, and the wooden platform inside the shower was clearly saturated with moisture, with visible signs of water damage. There was a strong damp smell throughout the room from the moment I opened the door, and I suspect the wooden platform was contributing to it. The separate toilet had a very strong urine/ammonia-like smell, which was quite unpleasant. The sink looked worn and poorly maintained, and the hairdryer was sticky and visibly dirty. The bed was not comfortable, the duvet was too small, and the room lighting was very dim. One of the bedside lamps was also not working. The location was not ideal for me either, as there is an area very close to the hotel with many bars and nightclubs, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable at night. On the positive side, the staff were excellent and very helpful. I also really appreciated the complimentary car service, which guests can use subject to availability, this is a genuinely great feature. Unfortunately, despite these positives, I would not choose to stay here again.

One of those hotels that gets the balance right. Beautiful design without feeling pretentious, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a genuinely relaxed atmosphere. I especially appreciated how every space feels thoughtfully designed while still being warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring Zurich on foot, with plenty of great cafés, restaurants and galleries nearby. I'd happily stay here again.

One of the best hotel stays I ever had. Everythings is 5⭐️ - from the location to the amazing front desk staff. Rooms definitely have character and many little details that will make you chuckle and smile (for example door notes for the cleaning staff or cool stuffed animals!) Appreciated that the windows can open and let in fresh air during the hot July nights. Free mini bar didn’t disappoint either. Snacks and drinks are just what you need after the day of exploring. Hope to come back soon or explore other 25Hour Hotel properties across Europe (and beyond). Cheers!

I really love my stay here. The train spotting suite is so spacious ( double the size of a regular room).They have a gym and sauna near our room. The service is superb . Although there was a bit of confusion with the extra bed and the booking that I did with the third party ( still waiting for it to be resolved). I could not fault them how superb the hotel experience was. Great location - less than 5 min walk to Zurich HB.
