We booked all of our tours in Zhangjiajie with the same company, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. A big part of that was our guide, Sunny. She is incredibly kind and clearly went out of her way to make sure each of our tours was a success. Sunny was always on time, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. Unforgettable experience. Amazing view though the weather was not good when we visited but the nerve breaking experience was worth it.

We visited Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, and it turned out to be absolutely wonderful! Our guide Jenny was amazing throughout the whole trip. She perfectly planned our itinerary and managed to help us avoid long queues even when the scenic spots were packed with visitors. When we entered Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, we saw massive lines for downhill transport, with waiting times up to three hours. Yet we got in smoothly and barely waited at all for our descent. She knew all the best photo spots and took so many fantastic photos for our family, including lovely group pictures. Jenny had great local knowledge, explained the scenery clearly, and perfectly arranged our pace so we never felt rushed. We had such a joyful and unforgettable experience from the very beginning to the end. We highly recommend Jenny as your tour guide if you visit Zhangjiajie!

Our guide Sherry was very kind, she happily answerd all of our questions. The tour was very interesting, and the nature was gorgeus as well. We would recommend it to everyone.

We had Flora take us around for 2 days through Avatar mountains, Grand Canyon, Glass Bridge, Tianmen mountains and more. Drivers were well organized and Flora was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was also very flexible in changes to plans as we were also traveling with a large group of 3 adults and 4 children that were difficult to wrangle! Prices were clear up front and transparent.

Visited here as part of out My Cruises trip called Scenic China . I’m not good at heights or see though things but I found this great and lots to do there if you are a daredevil

Kelly is an amazing tour coordinator. She helped me coordinate drivers, tickets, shows, tours, everything I needed for my stay in Zhangjiajie. Chris is a phenomenal tour guide who consistently went above and beyond to make our time in Zhangjiajie and Furong Ancient Town an unforgettable experience. Chris was our personal tour guide for 3 days and we travelled as a family of 5, which included seniors in our group. Without Chris’ extensive knowledge and expertise, we would not have been able to book everything ourselves. Chris was very enthusiastic and loved sharing his knowledge of Zhangjiajie and Chinese history and culture. He led us to the best viewpoints of the famous mountains, including less crowded areas that still offered stunning scenery. Although the rocky and uneven terrain in Zhangjiajie was challenging to navigate, especially for seniors with mobility issues, Chris adjusted the tour to suit our interests while taking into consideration our physical limitations. He also made adjustments to our itinerary based on weather conditions to ensure that we could make the most of our time in Zhangjiajie. Despite the severe storm on the day we visited Heaven’s Gate, Chris ensured that we still enjoyed many fun activities and had a rewarding day. Chris spoke fluent English and was approachable whenever we had questions or concerns. He acted as our interpreter during interactions with local residents and provided translations of descriptions that were only written in Chinese. We did not have to worry about transport or attraction tickets, as Chris handled everything. A selfie stick wasn't needed, as Chris often took numerous high-quality professional photos of our entire family and sent them to us via WeChat. Despite the large crowd of tourists at the sightseeing spots, Chris made sure that the photos mainly focused on us and the scenery. The photos continue to remind us of our wonderful time in Zhangjiajie, mainly due to Chris and his perfect skills in organisation, execution, and adaptability. Chris was also very accessible and answered our follow-up questions even after our tour was finished. He even helped us with our luggage during the tour, which was very much appreciated. We fully recommend Chris as a tour guide for Zhangjiajie, and we are sure he will deliver the same level of dedication and quality to any other group he guides.

Really enjoyed the two-day tour here in Zhangjiajie! Initially got in touch with Chris through a review on Lemon8, and he helped us to plan the itinerary well, taking into account the activities we would like to go for. Chris could not make it last minute, so Sunny came to help with the tour. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide, and took really good photos too. Really glad we got this tour as it would have been really difficult to navigate this whole journey, and they made this experience a smooth one. Highly recommend :)

A wonderful experience exploring the Avatar mountains, walking on the glass bridge with zip line and slide, insane views, and we got to walk up the 999 steps of Tianmen (Heavenly Gate). We learned a lot about the area, regional ethnic groups, dishes, customs, and interesting tales thanks to our excellent tour guide Murphy. Murphy spoke great English and was able to answer all of our questions, and he knew the locations very well. When one glass platform queue was too busy, he took us to another one that there were no signs for, therefore way fewer tourists! Chen (our driver) was always perfectly on time as soon as we had to drive from destination to destination, and was a  careful driver, who put water bottles in the car for us. We highly recommend this tour to anyone interested, there's a lot to see in this area!

Chris was an amazing tour guide for us. He helped us plan out a two day itinerary for Zhangjiajie, booked all our tickets, and even though he wasn’t available the second day, he set us up with his colleague and made sure we were taken care of! He expertly planned around the weather and switched our itineraries to ensure we had the best viewing experience on the avatar mountain. He also took lots of amazing pictures for us, knew all the best angles and viewing spots, and shortcuts. You can tell he is really a veteran of the industry and the area. I loved the sight seeings, though the weather was not a good factor, drizzling and cloudy and could not appreciate the mountains. Beautiful mountains. I was not happy with the guide tourist. She was very quiet, not engaging, I had to asked her questions about the seeings other wise she wit not take the initiative to share about the history or geographical area. She would give us brief answers or said she did not know. She was on her phone, texting, and rarely present with us. I felt she was just another person who was traveling with us. Very disappointed, because we paid for a private tour to get the most of it and was not worth it. I would not recommend her for other people. She was nice and kind, but nothing more. She did took some pictures because we asked her to do so. I will contact Viator for this particular guide tourist.

We had an amazing holiday in Feng Huang & Furong Ancient Towns & Zhang Jia Jie, thanks to Chris’ excellent services. This was the last tour that my mom and I had planned at the end of our 2-week backpacking journey across China, and honestly, it was one of our most favorite experiences! We contacted Chris to help us with our itinerary. He arranged everything for our 3 nights and 4 days visit in Zhangjiajie. We told him what we wanted to see and he coordinated everything, including the Fox Fairy Show at Tianmen Mtn. He got us awesome seats! Booking was easy, coordinated morning pickup and driver was on time. Chris gave us detailed local information on the way, once at the sites gave best photo spots and explained in detail the local lore surrounding the background. Would highly recommend, with 3 different areas to explore a self guided would be daunting and very hard to accomplish in a day. We found Chris on TripAdvisor and booked with Chris for three days around Zhangjiajie. Chris was not available to guide us on the days that we are in ZJJ so he asked us (in advance) if he can get his other guide Gongli to guide us around for this three days. Our family is very happy with Gongli service as she is very informative, accommodating and patient. Overall, we found Chris to be very responsive, reliable and trustworthy. My sister was sick on one of the day and needed to switch our itinerary around. Chris and his team did that for us with no issue at all. He also helped to arrange all the hotel booking, entrance tickets and transportation at a very good price. If you want a stress free and fun time in ZJJ at a good price, do not hesitate to book through Chris. You won’t regret it.

Zhangjiajie has been one of my dreams for a long time, Kelly (and her team) helped me make my dream come true! The service (with the tickets) and all the help they provided whenever I asked or needed something was beyond amazing! All their knowledge and recommendations about things to do, how to move around the city really made my experience worth it! With only one day available, we knew there was a lot to do in Zhangjiajie. Fortunately, our tour guide, Tony, expertly directed us to the best possible locations in the beautiful park and then across the city to the Glass Bridge. I'm extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to experience Zhangjiajie and it certainly wouldn't have been possible without Tony!

This tour was a highlight of our trip! Lee was a great host and tailored the day to exactly what we wanted to do, including a bungee jump off the glass bridge!! (additional cost, obviously) Lunch was also delicious. Thank you Lee and to the tour operators for such a memorable day.

My Mrs .and I joined this Day Tour on 13 March 2024 . Awesome view at Tianmen Mountain and Glass Bridge especially with Chris as our exceptional Tour Guide. He went beyond boundaries from his duties and responsibilities to accompany and guide us on that day despite a cool cloudy and showery day - my heartfelt thanks to Chris for the excellent hospitality . In addition to his familiarity and deep knowledge of the interesting places , he offered to be our camera-man to capture best photo and video shots at picturesque location without hesitation. Elisa was the best tour guide! She was super energetic and very knowledgeable. She took us to a really delicious local spot for our lunch and provided snacks for the hike as well. Elisa knew a lot the history of each site and made the trip as tailored as could be. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Elisa if you can she was so kind and smart. A must in Zhangjiajie!

Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge 张家界大峡谷玻璃桥 Visited here on Monday, 11 March 2024 as part of our 8D6N Zhangjiajie tour with SA Tours. Not much crowd on Monday and we have plenty of space and time on our own for photo-taking on this glass bridge reputed to be the tallest and longest glass bridge in the World. There's a bungy jump activity somewhere near the centre and right below the bridge. For nature lovers, panoramic scenic views of the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon on both sides of this bridge.

We had Chris as our tour guide. He provided a lot of stories and details about Zhangjiajie. He even sang for us to show some of the culture. He took many pictures of my wife and me. In addition, he took pictures of the places we visited and then he shared with us at the end of the trip. Chris was also very patient during the day since my wife and I are not used to walk for too long. At the end of the day. He recommended us to attend a show close to the mountains. He got the tickets for us and we had a great time to end the day. We got more recommendations from him about visiting the Tianmen mountain, and a town nearby. He was able to manage his schedule so he can also be our tour guide the next day. We visited the mountain the next morning. Then, in the afternoon we went to the town. We finished with a nice dinner with a very nice view to the waterfalls. Chris was a great tour guide for two days in Zhangjiajie.

We had only one day in Zhangjiajie, and we wanted to make the most of it! This was made possible by Kelly and her team. We managed to see the Golden whip stream, the avatar mountains, ride the Bailong elevator and do the glass bridge as well! Thank you so much for the guided tour! Just returned from Zhangjiajie 11/24-11/29 with Chris Tan. Before the trip we communicated back and forth to clarify questions and better prepare for what to expect. He sent us a day to day activities and hotel reservations for 4 days. He made all hotel reservations for us dependent on your budget. We stayed at Pullman Hotel for 3 nights. 1 night at Phoenix City and the last night somewhere close to the airport as we have an early flight to catch. On the first day Chris pick us up at Dayong Airport with our name on the board waiting for us, that is a good sign. He was a very good and careful driver. We tour all the major sites in Zhangjiajie and Chris secure all the tickets for us. He customized the tour according to our needs and desires. He was very knowledgeable about the Park and local area. Two members of our group like to take photograph and they stopped every 5 minutes and Chris was very patient waiting for them. he never rush us. He helped my uncle (he is 87) in and out of his van, he even carried his camera bag for him and I really appreciated that a lot. He really care about you. Chris was extremely helpful in multiple ways. He is able to get tickets for rides, check in to the hotel, recommended local restaurants for evening dinner for us. He was also helpful in changing our itinerary according to the weather conditions. He is always available via social media to assist. If you are going to do a tour, you can't go wrong with Chris. Yes it is true once you are inside the national park there is a shuttle service provided to get from point A to point B, however there is NOT enough information as to where the bus is going for foreign traveler. You will save lots of your time and hassle trying to figure out which site to go as the national park is big.

Everything was excellent, the guide was very kind

Unfortunately too expensive, too bad weather and no scheduled lunch break. I would recommend booking the spots themselves much cheaper. With the Didi you can get from A to B perfectly. And can divide the time perfectly yourself. The nature is spectacular, of course, but the visibility was so bad that we didn't even go to Tianzi Mountain. The tour was accordingly also finished quite early at about 15h, we then spontaneously decided to visit the cave independently. A change of booking to another day the company unfortunately also not allowed, although we had a 4 day ticket for the NP.

Thank you Kelly for helping us book entrance and access to cable car and elevator. Also for helping us with all our doubts for our visit to Zhangjiajie Park.

We spent more than a week with Chris as our guide, we visited the fanjing mountain glass bridge, Xiangxi, furongzhen, Zhangiajie national Forest Park etc...
