Guide will meet you up in your hotel lobby at 9:00am(we will inform you if any change on pick up time according to local weather or other situation) , take you to zhangjiajie national forest park, you will take the park green bus get to Tianzi cable car station, visit imperial brush, Xihai stone forest, fairy lady present flowers. Take shuttle bus get to Laowuchang area , Laowuchang (sky garden),it is an undeveloped part of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, between Yuanjiajie and Tianzi Mountain. It is best reached by local hired van from Yuanjiaje, as it is well off the ordinary travel route.The scenery in the area is incredibly beautiful and overwhelming. Sun rise in Laowuchang is considered by photographers to be the must-shoot scene in Zhangjiajie.We can also see the 'Sky Field Garden' (Kongzhong Tianyuan 空中田园) is a small area of paddy fields, seemingly hanging on an outcrop surrounded by Zhangjiajie’s typical peaks. The paddy fields are farmed by local ethnic people.
After that take an Eco -bus to Yuanjiajie area , where is a perfect location to have a panoramic view of the nature reserveyuanjuajie area , you can get some food here before exploring the Yusniajie area, then take about 1.5hours hiking to discover the Pillar of the Southern sky. It was used to inspiration for the famous "Hallelujah Mountains" seen in the Blockbuster movie, Avatar. Proceed to the platform or Forgetfulness to enjoy the nearby peak views and then walk across the NO. 1 Bridge under Heaven. Tour will finish by taking Bailong elevator to descend the mountain
After that will proceed to Kongzhong Tianyuan . This spot is the 1 of the top picks for photographer without disturbance from tourists. Most of the tourists will never get a chance to view it, since there is not known by many people and nobody leads them there.You will be delighted to see such a secret garden inside the park that is the 'Sky Field Garden' (Kongzhong Tianyuan), which is a small area of paddy fields, seemly hanging on an outcrop surrounded by Zhangjiajie's typical peaks. In the morning, proceed to zhangjiajie national forest park again, to explore the Golden Whip Stream (Jinbianxi) – this charming valley is most likely to bring you into the Pandora's wonderland of the movie Avatar. You will have a leisure hiking about 2.5 hours along the stream. You can just relax yourself with the beautiful mountain, fresh air, and pure water .
After the lunch , we will transfer to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. walk on the World's Longest Glass bottom Bridge. This bridge is not only the highest, but also the longest glass bridge inthe world. It is not for the faint-hearted. (the Glass bridge is built between two mountains of zhangjiajie Grand canyon, it is 375meters long and 6meters wide , With a height of 300meters from bottoms ), after that , we will transfer to your hotel.

Gabrielle and Phoenix were both excellent guides! They looked out for me, kept me on track and even gave me snacks if I was hungry and we weren't near food 😆 The grand canyon, glass bridge, zipline, slide and Golden whip stream where my favourite things. Phoenix even organised for me to attend the fox show, which was a highlight of my whole trip to China. Phoenix was excellent at keeping a good pace on the tour and jumped in to snap lots of photos of me too. Both Phoenix and Gabrielle were also lots of fun to talk to ☺️ I highly recommend this tour, especially the 2nd day and the Golden whip stream - if you only have one day, spend it there!

Laurence was our guide to the sights of interests that we visited during our 2-day tour in Zhangjiajie, namely Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. At our first engagement, he introduced himself and our upcoming itinerary. He was clear and communicated effectively with us in English. He also made prior arrangements with our driver so that we are on time with our scheduled activities. To ensure that we stay hydrated during the day, he informed us on the weather forecast and prepared a bottle of water for each of us. When we approached the East gate of the park, Laurence elaborated on facts and highlights of the Park during our tour. Laurence is very knowledgeable and patiently shared with us as we approached each of the sights in the Park. As we were ending our visit, he prepared us on important things to note for the next day. For the second day of our trip, he recommended we start our day at a great time where weather was cooling and Park was less crowded. That advice was great and we saved time while enjoying the Park. At the entrance, he also shared us on how the magnificent scenery of Zhangjiajie was discovered. Before starting our trip to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, Laurence shared various route options that we can consider to tour the Park. In addition, he shared key facts relating to the architectural construct behind the impressive glass bridge. Besides being knowledgeable in the sights of the Park and Grand Canyon, Laurence is very friendly, personable and easy to connect with. We enjoyed his company and learnt a lot on Zhangjiajie during this trip.
Bruce was the best tour guide ever! We contacted other agencies but they tried to upsell us on other activities and told us that it was impossible to see ZhangJiaJie in two days. Bruce was so knowledgeable and knew all the perfect spots for taking photos without all those big tour groups around. He also had the timing for the tour perfectly so we barely had to wait longer than 10 minutes in any line and avoided the large crowds. He even helped us book a restaurant for dinner and transportation for our departure. If every vacation had a tour guide like Bruce everything would be so efficient!

A great tour led by an amazing tour guide - Vivi! Vivi was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and funny! She ensured we saw all of the big items on our Zhangjiajie sightseeing list during our tour and speaks perfect English, which came in handy when getting translation help at our hotel. She also ensured all meals catered to our non-spicy taste palette (which was greatly appreciated!). Zhangjiajie is very beautiful, and we are greatful we had Vivi to help us navigate all the buses, shuttles, and cable cars! She also knew all the best photo spots (away from the plentitude of tourists).
My two days experience in Zhangjiajie could not have been better. I managed to visit all I wanted with a Taylor made offer for my needs. I went to the national forest park, glass bridge and Tianmen mountain. Venus helped me along the trip and gave me amazing answers to all the questions I had. I would highly recommend this to friends doing this trip.

I booked a two day tour and it was great! Everyone was super accommodating and extremely helpful. I also added a last minute part and my tour guide Ella was able to accommodate it. She was super friendly and answered all my questions would definitely do again.
We arrived at Zhangjiajie from Beijing via the high speed train. Cathy graciously received us at the railway station exit along with the driver Mr.Long. We got onto a car (that was so roomy and comfortable) to be dropped off at the hotel. She clearly explained the plan for the upcoming days and also narrated various stories of the Zhangjiajie minority groups and their culture. Day 1: Next day morning she greeted us at the hotel at around 8.30am. Since our hotel was close to the Zhangjiajie National park, we took a quick walk to the park. We took the cable-way to the mountain top and visited the Tianzi mountains, Avatar mountains (gave us pandora vibes), the natural bridge. The scenery was so surreal!! It was initially foggy due to rainy weather, but the rain God showed mercy upon us andthe fog cleared to unveil the mesmerizing landscapes of Zhangjiajie! We could not stop staring at them in awe! After taking a lot of pictures to the heart's content, we finally descended via the Bailong elevator. Cathy was very patient, helpful and kind throughout the trip. She took the tickets for us wherever required. (All the above covered in the package) She took us to a cozy and elegant restaurant outside the park for lunch. We had some yummy local delicacies. The lunch was included in the package! Later she took us on a stroll to the Wulingyan street for some shopping and bid good bye. Day 2: On the next day morning Jason greeted us with a cheerful smile at the hotel entrance! He was filled with energy and enthusiasm. We started our tour with the Golden whip stream at the national park. On the way he described the rich culture of the Chinese people, their ways, faiths, significance of practices. It truly felt like travelling with your best friend who could keep you enthusiastic and motivated to explore more! We learnt a lot about the Chinese tradition and he was always happy to answer any question we asked! He captured some amazing pictures for us too like a pro! Later he took us for Lunch at a popular restaurant. He was kind enough to order food for us based on our requirements. He made sure we had an experience of some amazing Zhangjiajie specialities! The food was soooo yummy and he was very kind enough to explain how different parts of China have different culinary habits when dinning. Then we took a car ride to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. He bought the tickets for us and clearly explained the order of activities to be taken up! We purchased a 120 Yuan / person ticket to cover additional activities like the zipline, flying VR, slideway. We started with the stunning glass bridge and after crossing we took the zip line and the slideway to reach the bottom of the canyon! All of them were a breathtaking experience. Finally we went for an eco walk in the beautiful valley along the gushing stream and boarded the boat that took us on a 15 minute ride to the park's exit. It was the best day of the trip.. so hassle free and engaging with Jason. ( We already miss him!) Our train to our next destination Shanghai was on the next day morning. Though the package covers drop-offs only on the day 2 of the trip, the tour operator was humble enough to provide us a drop off at the railway station on the next day early in the morning. Special thanks to our driver Mr.Long for arriving on time (as early as 6AM) to pick us up from the hotel and dropping us off at the right time at the railway station. We would have felt lost without the amazing tour guides Cathy and Jason! It truly was an experience of a lifetime for the both of us! Since we were coming from Guangzhou we landed mid-day in Zhangjiajie. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived and was very courteous. He drove us the roughly 30 mins to our hotel in Wulingyuan. Venus arranged a nice two day visit for us based on our interests. Our tour guide was Esther and she was absolutely delightful. Her English was excellent and she was an expert navigator in the park. It’s a VERY LARGE park with many shuttle bus systems so it was critical to have her with us to efficiently get us from place to place. During our walks she shared with us a lot of information about the area and was very knowledgeable. In two days we felt like we were able to see the best parts of the area and not miss out on anything major. Tianmen Mountain is also a must see if you don’t have a fear of heights! We will definitely be reaching out again the next time we visit the area.
We had a fantastic tour throughout Zhangjiajie. In first day we visited Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Esther our tour guide was very brilliant, she picked the right route so we didn't have a long queue. We try the cable car, mini bus, big bus, bailong elevator and mini train. The forest park was a breathtaking sceneries. In second day we visited Baofeng lake, yellow dragon cave and the glass bridge. Esther was very knpwledgeable, fun and nice. She informed us about the Zhangjiajie and the places we visited. Esther took us to local restaurant and the food was delicious. Then she took us for foot massages before drop us at the airport. She helped us at check in counter. Really wonderful holiday. I would highly recommend this tour !. Thank you Esther

My guide was Mia for the first trip, she was humor and took very good care of me, m e can exchange the schedule flexibly to utmost my trip value. i will go back in different season for sure. It is a few years (hence before April 2018 as shown) since I visited Zhangjiajie now but I remember it so vividly. The trip was brought to life by 'Venus' who was a wonderful tour guide - always smiling and concerned that I was having a good time - that wasn't difficult! ZJJ (as people call it..) is a spectacular place that your senses simply is unprepared for - the natural limestone features are complemented by curious huge lifts - and now the famous 'glass bridge' - I've got to go back and walk across that ! As a westerner I found myself part of the attraction - which was all in good humour and a lot of fun. Go there - with Venus!
<p>Matthew was a PHE-NO-ME-NAL tour guide. He got us everywhere we wanted to go as smooth as possible given the huge crowds and was very nice and polite. His English is also great and is very easy going. I highly recommend him as a tour guide. I would say that there is a lot of hiking on this tour though and does not include the glass bridge which locals say is overrated. Still, a really great guide goes a long way to enjoying all this park has to offer....and you do need a guide to get around the buses that transport you around the park!!</p>
<p>The perfect way to see all Zhangjiajie highlights! We loved Eric, he was very friendly and full of knowledge and stories. Transportation was easy to/from the airport to our hotel and the drivers were all very good. The company is very responsive when contacting with your hotel itinerary. Just don't use Google! Gmail doesn't work while in China.</p> <p>The national park is absolutely gorgeous. There are plenty of places along the tour for water/snacks from locals. The first day was more walking/steps as you are up in the mountains. The second day with the path stream was very peaceful. Dress in layers too! Lunch was had at a local restaurant and our guide ordered based on our taste we love trying new foods. Hunan food is delicious and the wheat tea was a highlight brought some home!. This tour company is very organized and very professional. Highly recommend!</p>
<p>We could not have been happier with our Zhangjaijei experience. Our guide / interpreter Mathew was superior, and worked out our schedule to visit Tienmen mountain when the skies were clear and we were able to see all of the natural beauty. The sites were breathtaking and we would not have been able to navigate to and from the multiple spots on our own. If we had not had our excellent guide we would only have been able to see a small portion of the sites. HAVING OUR OWN PERSONAL GUIDE MADE THE TRIP 100 BETTER. <p>Rain or shine, Zhangjiajie offers spectacular scenery unmatched anywhere in the world! A bit of rain and clouds moving through the sandstone mountains on Tianzi Mountain brought the perfect bit of mystery to this mystical place. If you're an Avatar fan you'll feel like you stepped into the movie with a Chinese flare. My guide, appropriately names Joy was a true Joy to spend my time with exploring some of the most beautiful scenery on the planet!</p>
<p>Was a solo female traveler and felt this package was extremely reasonable especially compared to others listed to guarantee my safety and comfort. Call ahead to make sure the plans were squared away as I was arriving past midnight on day 1 of the listed trip and the agent, Venus, was more than helpful and truly speaks fantastic english. On multiple occasions she checked in with me to see how my trip was going and post-trip to make sure I arrived at my next destination. Prior to my trip, she informed me of what to expect arriving at the airport. Upon arrival, I greeted my tour guide, Mia and our driver, Mr. Mo. A pleasant surprise that Mia greeted me with a flower and bottle of water! She's an extraordinary tour guide especially for young, active types who want adventure, as she's loves adventure herself. Mia understands some nuances between Western and Eastern culture, for instance, seeking quiet peaceful spots in nature and brought me to some breathtaking scenes. She also did a great job tailoring our tour based on the best sights for the current weather situation ran into a lot of rain, but still had a great time. I'd highly recommend the gondola adventure and the elevator ride, probably my favorite 2 things. Hiring a guide is absolutely the way to see Zhangjiajie, you save so much time in navigating the park. Mia knew exactly where to go, what bus to get on, so we never wasted any time just figuring things out. If you ask, Mia is more than happy to share with you other parts of Zhangjiajiewe went to a local tea shop, the entertainment show I'd recommend, too, and had some street food! She never left my side during daylight hours, helped translate if I wanted to purchase something, always brought extra water for me, and even checked me in at the airport. Just go! :</p>

The tours were very good! Guide Danil is just fire! The pagodas were good too, only the meals are not suitable breakfast is not very delicious.
