Rooms are quite Spacious and clean BUT the room temperature is hot.
Although we've tried to set the AC Display, we can't make rooms cooler.
Finally we complain to Reception but it was just cool for just about a few hours. And we woke up because feeling hot in the bed
One of our fellow travelers found bed bugs in their room. They were given another room, however their request to have their clothing washed for free to prevent bug infestation was denied. Extremely unprofessional service considering this is a supposed '5-star-hotel'.
The AC controller in d room is for show, it does not work. The room temperature does not go beyond 21-22 degrees celcious during autumn. Called the front desk for 2 days, they said d AC is centralised and guest still wants it cold so they have not switch on d heater.....my mistake for checking in this hotel is bcos it was part of my tour package.
I stayed in this hotel in May 2025 , they have a policy where they shut off the a/c at 2 am in the night and turn it back on at 5 am in the morning. As a result my room was 27°c the whole time. The 4 days I stayed here i didn't sleep after 4 am anyday that caused fatigue and i couldn't do anything tours properly. 😞 If you're used to sleeping in 22°c - 24°c then skip this hotel. When i asked them to help they didn't care and were really rude.
Location of hotel is good. But air-conditioning in room does not work. Requested for portable fans etc but was told that they had given out all available fans to rooms that requested earlier, which goes to show most of the room has faulty air-conditioning. Ultimate one star stay as this was during warm season.
