Bad customer service and attitude from check-in people

Room is clean but has very basic amenities. Lack the quality of what a Hyatt Regency should be. Overall management is unorganized, front desk staff is not very helpful nor well trained, leading to check in confusion and long line. Hotel is on the other side of the river, not centrally located in the main area of the city. Stayed at the Hilton, which has much better value, service and location than this one.

One of the best hotels for a great price. Very clean and tidy rooms. Great location. Excellent staff.

The map location is incorrect; it's located at the southernmost part of the main urban area, 5km from the city center. The surrounding area is residential, with limited restaurant options, so staying here is primarily for the hotel. The interior features a predominantly wood design, is spacious and quite comfortable, and offers a good breakfast selection. It's probably the best-equipped hotel in the area.
