The room was clean and well-equipped, but the bedside lamp was a bit dim; it would have been better if it were brighter.
Breakfast was excellent.
It’s a rather nice formal but rather icy nonchalant feel service, except for Zoe (front desk manager) being very comforting assuring responsive services, and 1st late night front desk checkin. Breakfast meals are simple - nothing fanciful. Been to quite a few grand mercure hotels - guess trainings on responsive customers services, both front desk and breakfast staffs, can be further enhance (a bit more welcoming smile and responsive in handling requests).
The room facilities were excellent, and the price was great. Lily at the front desk made me feel very welcome…
