Reviews
Very modern, up to date amenities. Hotel gives a very welcoming pleasant first impression as you walk in. I have been here 4 times in the last 4 months, front desk has always been efficient in checking in and out. As a hotel for business travellers this provide an excellent value and service. One major area to improve: Indoor smoking control is non-existence in the lobby bar area and along the hotel room aisle to elevator areas - it’s a cultural thing in Hunan province but a major demerit and turn off. As a comparison, Guangdong province Sheraton and other brand hotels have done a much better job at non smoking compliance.
