My husband and I had the most amazing experience with Matterhorn Paragliding. Our guides Miles and Alex were top tier and each tailored the experience to us as individuals. I’ve never laughed and smiled so hard. The views were magical, and this was one of the most fun things I’ve ever done. Our guides also did a great job of making sure we felt very safe and not once did I feel like anything would go wrong. Highly recommend this company. If you’re questioning if you should get the camera package as well, just do it. The pictures and videos turned out great. They are also extremely communicative and detailed when setting up. Lastly, they went above and beyond when we left a hat in one of the backpacks. I sent a message and they had it shipped out to us the next day. I’ve never had a company go out of their way just to make sure we received our missing item like they did. You could tell they really care. I was beyond happy with the experience and customer service. Can’t wait to do it again!

I did the ultimate paraglide. We did have an interesting take off 😁and I'm glad I listened to all the instructions that were given. We flew higher than the viewing platform of the Matterhorn Glacier paradise. It was just spectacular, and well worth spending the money. Thanks again. Nat (Australia)

**An absolutely incredible experience with Matterhorn Paragliding!** My group of four went paragliding with Matterhorn Paragliding yesterday, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so prepared, comfortable, and safe throughout the takeoff and landing. Alan was my instructor, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to experience my first paragliding flight with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and made me feel completely safe while also allowing me to fully enjoy the experience and take in the incredible views of the Matterhorn and Zermatt. This was my first time paragliding, and thanks to Alan and the entire team, it definitely won’t be my last! They gave us the confidence and guidance to experience something completely outside of our comfort zones while knowing we were in such good hands. What a fantastic experience. I loved it!!! You ride the train up from Zermatt but you fly down to Zermatt. Alan was knowledgeable, entertaining, and focused on you having a great time and being safe. The photo package is a must have! I’ve already shared it with family and friends and they said we were flying like a bird (and we were!). 5 stars and I recommend this to everyone! One of the highlights of my time in Switzerland. BTW, I’m 73. If I can do it, you can too!

My very 1st experience in paragliding and it was the BEST EVER. Young, my pilot was so professional, knowledgeable and patient. I am very grateful to him and the team of Matterhorn. I must add that the team we very kind in changing my scheduled date due to wind conditions and thankfully I made it even tho I was leaving Zermatt the same day. No regrets. Great job guys !

Soaring over Zermatt with the Matterhorn in the background is something I’ll never forget. The highlight for me was flying alongside my daughter—it made an already amazing experience even more special. If you’re visiting Zermatt and considering paragliding, don’t hesitate. This was one of the highlights of our entire trip, and I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Incredible experience! The pilots are experienced and took incredible photos during the flight. When I started feeling queasy, they took me straight down too. I wasn’t scared and they took good care of me. Highly recommend a morning flight as afternoon winds sometimes cause afternoon cancellations.

This is a once in a lifetime experience to fly above the Matterhorn. The guides are very experienced and made us feel comfortable. The photos they took were fantastic and got lots of comments on social media. We were on a high all day after this flight. Go in the morning as sometimes the winds pick up in the afternoon and the trips get cancelled.

I cannot put into words how much I enjoyed my experience paragliding with tandem guide Eric. As a first time flyer I was nervous to start but my fears quickly vanished when I saw just how experienced he was and his passion for the sport and the mountains. I’m so grateful to him for making this experience so unforgettable and I am now counting down the days to when I can jump off another mountain. 10/10, 5 stars, this is an absolute MUST in Zermatt!

Booked this experience last minute and was able to get in! First time glider and I will 100% do it again! Felix was my pilot and he was wicked!! Felix was very informative and made me feel comfortable! Once in the sky he made sure I was situated, we were blessed with nice warm morning and clear blue skies! We got to go close to the glacier that runs down into town, glided over a helicopter, I got to do some handling and finished with some fun maneuvers 😎🤘🏻😝 thank you Felix for the amazing experience and memories ill have forever!

Was super nervous but Alan made sure to explain everything to ensure a smooth take off and landing. The entire experience was almost 30 minutes in the air and we had beautiful views of the Matterhorn.

Our pilots were so experienced and professional about everything from the start. I never felt nervous because they talked us through the process. The views were breathtaking. Our pictures look like a postcard. We saw a bunch of animals and even got to play around in the sky towards the end. Highly recommend!

Made a last minute decision to call them and in less than 45 minutes, was jumping off the mountain to witness one of the most beautiful views in the world. The flight was safe, informative and fun at the same time. Would definitely recommend it to all.

Had the best time paragliding in Zermatt! We were a group of 3 and everything was very organized from the start. I had Jan as my pilot and he took some great photos and videos and really helped make the experience special!

We were a little nervous about paragliding as we have never done it before. Our pilots Bruce and Chris put us at ease with their expert knowledge! They were fun and willing to do what you were comfortable with in the air. It was a ride of a lifetime and highly recommended going with them and Matterhorn paragliding.

Most amazing experience from the initial booking to the landing! Alan was very patient since I was nervous and a bit scared. But within moments of takeoff I was laughing and awe struck and so very happy! Such a special way to see the Alps and especially the Matterhorn. A memory for a lifetime!

I loved this! At first (before booking online) I was a little nervous about doing this. But once I got there, I was fine. My main focus was on the "run" that I didn't concern myself with getting spooked. I think my guide was Alan, and he totally prepared me and took me on the flight of a lifetime. Matterhorn view was amazing too!

Our guides were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and overall this was such a great experience. If you care a lot about photos or video footage, I would recommend asking a few questions before getting started. My partner was able to hold and control the camera and ended up with great footage, knowing exactly when it was on and how to use it. For me, it was a bit unclear when the camera was active or when I should look at it or smile while the guide was holding it, so some of my footage turned out a little wonky and not quite as clear. That said, the guides were excellent listeners and tailored the experience to what we wanted. Definitely let them know if you’re looking for something more chill or more active. I also really appreciated how responsive the company was to every message. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Chris was absolutely incredible. I was very nervous going into this experience, but he gave me the smoothest, calmest, most amazing ride imaginable. I was able to fully relax and take in the views the entire time. He explained everything clearly, made me feel completely safe, and his confidence and skill were evident from start to finish. While visiting Zermatt, my husband and I decided to go paragliding. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to do this with Matterhorn Paragliding. Generally, my husband is the adventurous one, but I was the one who convinced to him give this activity a try. We had two great instructor/pilots Bruce and Eric. They gave us an overview of what to expect and were very specific with our take-off directions. We suited up and off we went for a 30-minute adventure which we will never forget. The views were breathtaking, and the total adventure was so smooth and was so enjoyable and relaxing. The landing was easy and smooth as well. Both Eric and Bruce had GoPro cameras which they used to take great videos and pictures of our excursion in the air. The memories will last with us forever and the pictures were wonderful to share with others. Thanks for an amazing trip!

The most amazing outdoor adventure of our vacation, paragliding with the Matterhorn and Breithorn mountains as the backdrop is nothing short of breathtaking. This was one of the most exhilarating experiences I have had in awhile! The pilot was amazing and made sure we spent a lot of time flying amongst the cliffs, accelerating and turning. It did not feel rushed at all and was worth every penny.

My original appointment was 11:30 am, but Alan notified me that the winds were not great and if we can postpone till 1 pm. I had a free day and said yes. I was grateful that they took the weather conditions seriously and provided options. Alan gave me ideas to pass the time until my new appointment time, going up to Sunegga (which was the halfway point to the take off spot) and enjoying the views from there. When 1 pm came around, I met Alan and Felix and they took me to the take off spot. Felix became my new pilot, and he did a great job explaining and preparing me for the possible motion sickness, and what to do when we take off. He gave me all the gear I needed to put on (jacket, hat, helmet, gloves), stowed away my persona backpack, then got me ready for the takeoff. Takeoff went just as he described, and he spent the next 20-25 min trying to find good wind that would keep me up as the higher you are, the safer. He set up good shots to take while we were up there, but also made sure to keep the ride smooth to minimize motion sickness, explaining everything as he went (e.g. why he was turning left or right). I told him I was starting to get nauseous, and he prepared me for throwing up just in case, which I fortunately did not do. I gave him permission to end my right a few minutes early, and he took me down as smooth as possible. He set me up to collect my photos and videos, then told me how to get back to town. I was really grateful at how Felix communicated everything. It was my first time paragliding and it went really smoothly! Thank you Felix!!!
