Amazing stay at Unique Hotel Post Zermatt, the food alone is worth the trip. Breakfast and dinner were next level, genuinely some of the best hotel food I’ve had. Kudos to the chef. The room was stunning, Matterhorn views and a private jacuzzi in the room, which turned out to be the best surprise of the whole trip. After a long day of hiking, that bed was exactly what I needed best sleep I’ve had in ages. Staff were incredibly attentive and warm the entire stay, real hospitality. What really stood out was the attention to detail – every little thing felt thought through, and it’s what made the whole stay so memorable. The hotel has 5 different bars and even its own club, so nightlife is right there if you want it. And yet the walls are so well soundproofed that even on a weekend I heard nothing but my own heartbeat properly quiet when you want to sleep. The spa deserves its own review — we fully relaxed and recharged there, no complaints at all. Already planning to come back for the winter season. Highly recommend!

This is one of those rare hotels that you fall in love with from the very first minute, making you feel not just like another guest, but like a welcome friend coming home. The team is truly incredible instead of simply handing over the keys, they gave us a warm personal tour, sharing the building's rich history and the stories behind its interior details, as every single corner here has its own soul. The food deserves a special mention on its own, with every dish at the restaurant prepared to the highest standard. We loved absolutely everything down to the finest detail; it is rare to find a place you never want to leave and where you already find yourself planning your next stay on check-out day. Highly recommended from the bottom of my heart!

What a lovely stay! We has an amazing time in Zermatt and Unique Hotel was a great part of it. They were very sweet and decorated the room for my bday, and also surprised us with a free upgrade. The room was 10/10, and the view was mind blowing! The spa they have is amazing, super relaxing. Breakfast was also great! Some very good vegan options, and lots of fruits, what we always appreciate. Also, great location.

From the very first interaction I was very pleasantly impressed. The concierge, was attentive to each and every one of our special requests. From Gluten free, a bath and balcony. All provided, plus a fireplace as a bonus. Upon checking out we were offered a complementary ride to the station, but declined as it’s just a short walk. Then just as we were about to leave, we were offered bottled water for the journey. Their attention to the small details is so impressive. Highly recommended, would definitely stay with them again.
