Hotel Pollux is located on the main street (Bahnhofstrasse) in the heart of Zermatt, just 656 ft or two minutes walk from the train station. Our cozy rooms combine modern design with rustic elements. The hotel has 3 restaurants. Our three restaurants Pinte, Arvenstube and Vegistube offer regional, vegetarian and classic cuisine.The Pinte features wooden furniture characteristic of Valais and serves specialties such as cheese fondue and raclette. The Arvenstube is an elegant restaurant featuring alpine chic desin and serving international and vegetarian delicacies. The Vegistube is a vegetarian restaurant. The breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. WiFi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. A conference room.Our wellness area includes 3 saunas, a steam bath, a relaxation room with infrared loungers, an ice mist shower and a fitness room. Massages are available on request.

We only stayed at the Pollux for one night to connect with the Glacier Express. But the experience was so great, I needed to write this review. The hotel is located on the main street and near the train station. At every level, the experience exceeded our expectations...especially the incredible staff. We had an issue with leaving behind valuable personal items. They found them and went out of their way to get them to us at our next destination. When Fedex messed up the delivery, they worked out a refund and got it to us. Honestly, this is superb service and we would stay no where else in Zermatt!
I am on a tour of Switzerland all summer. The Pollux is without doubt the best hotel I've stayed in Switzerland so far. A beautiful car free town in a beautiful location. Lovely friendly staff. And to top it all I have received a lovely email since from them thanking me for coming....and NOT asking for my feedback! So I'll give you my feedback. Perfect in every way and I cannot recommend them highly enough for a weekend break. 10 out of 10.
Very clean, location just right besides train station a few minutes walk! super convenient. We had top floor double room, kids room has glass roof., she loved it! Very good for family staying! Hotel gave complimentary cheese very tasty🥰
Centrally located and close to train station. We got the family room with mountain view and it was incredible. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Clean rooms and great service
I had a really positive experience with Hotel Pollux. The staff were accommodating and responsive with great communication. They were understanding of my situation and made a genuine effort to help, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a great level of service and hospitality. Also, the restaurant had amazing food!!
