Resort La Ginabelle

I booked a room at this beautiful hotel for one night after a 4 day hike through the Alps. I could not have been more pleased. It was the perfect spa/hotel to relax and be pampered. The staff was all amazing. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I let the front desk know what time my train was arriving. They sent a hotel "taxi" to retrieve me. The location was perfect and quiet. I had a beautiful room with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. Alexandra at the front desk is a GEM!! I asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to the owner to personally thank him and let him know what a great hotel he is running and his staff is impeccable. Great job Resort La Ginabelle!

We had an excellent stay at Resort La Ginabelle. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel truly valued as guests. The spa facilities were exceptional, providing the perfect place to relax after a day in Zermatt. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of high-quality options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose Resort La Ginabelle again on our next trip to Zermatt. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, excellent facilities, and a memorable experience.

Just spent x3 nights at this hotel and wow I miss it already! The room had the comfiest bed I have ever slept on and the service was exceptional! Loved the little toblerone on my bed every night and the waiters in the restaurant were very attentive and friendly. The spa was also lush! Location was great, as it’s close to the train station, but on the further end of town. However this wasn’t an issue for us. If I’m ever in Zermatt again, I will be coming back to resort la Ginabelle.

We definitely had the best time in Zermatt because of this resort. This is a real resort not some wannabe. Everything was smooth from check in all the way to using their transportation service back to train station. The highlight of our stay was the pool / jacuzzi / spa and the sauna especially during our first day when it rained all day in Zermatt. The breakfast was exceptional. This is the only hotel that serves honeycomb, squeeze your own oranges juice or fruit/veggie smoothie. We will definitely stay here again in the future! Definitely worth every penny you'll ever spend on. FIVE STARS!
