Great view, great facilities and on site manager (Paula was very helpful indeed). However, this is all offset negatively by the location. If you want to walk or get a local taxi to this accommodation then forget about it. It was not made clear to us at any point that the last 2 to 300m is just a steep, partially lit gravel track (NOT PAVED) complete with rocks and tree roots. The only alternative access is an 18CHF one way 36CHF return ticket on the Gornegrat railway (not that regular either). Do not even attempt to take your wheeled luggage to this place. If you want to get to town and back each day with family of four then bank on 144CHF worth of train tickets per day. CHRIST! I mean, we can afford that but it does seem pretty unreasonable by most measures. Luckily we are all fit and mobile and haven't yet had to use the train. Best of luck to you if the weather is bad. Forget this place if you are not mobile or wealthy enough to take the financial hit each day or if it is raining every day which does happen in the mountains. The info we got beforehand just described the train access (zero mention of the fare) and that you can walk from the centre of town in 10 minutes which, with luggage, is nonsense. I have included photos of the track up once the pavement ends.

You can only accès the appartement by train or a very steep path. and the train schedule is very bad. It’s 25 minutes of steep walking , and the last train is around 6pm
The apartment itself is very nice, and the views are beautiful. However, the overall check-in experience was extremely unpleasant. During our stay, there had been heavy snowfall for several days, and the train service was suspended. The walking paths were completely covered in snow. The hotel only informed us that "walking is required and no taxis are available" but provided NO further assistance or support. In reality, our group of 8 people was forced to carry all our luggage and ski equipment by foot for more than one hour on a snow-covered, steep mountain path under harsh conditions, which was both exhausting and unsafe. Photos from that day attached.
Overall a great place. Quite a hike to get there though. This place is not for the 50 yo Karen with 80 pounds luggages. If you are fit and travel with backpack, its fine.
Overall nice stay. However, the train schedule is really bad. Trains only stop rarely at this station (like only every 2 hours) and skiing down to the house is not possible. Hence, you really need plan your day or you walk up a quite steep way with your skiing boots. We were in flat Nr.1 big but directly above the play room making it a bit noisy at times. Also the heating was making annoying sounds.
