Chalet Pollux was a wonderful location. High on the hill overlooking the town of Zermatt. What a beautiful location for a ski vacation. Stefan at Mountain Exposure took care of us all week. Great assistance with everything before we arrived to lugging all of our luggage through the snow when we left.
Beautiful Alpine village
If i could rate a minus, I would. Unethical behviour. Zermatt is closed, Switzerland is a no go area. You cannot deliver a service for my 12 day trip in April, yet you will not allow me to rebook for later in the year, or refund my money. And no assistance from booking agents Mountain Exposure or Booking.com. Travellers beware!!
