⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An exceptional stay in Zermatt Albana Hotel Boutique Zermatt completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel feels modern, elegant and beautifully maintained, but what impressed me most was the wellness area. It is incredibly luxurious, new, peaceful and designed with so much attention to detail. I especially loved the combination of the sauna and relaxation areas, the waterfall wall, the comfortable loungers where I could put my legs up and properly recover between sessions and even the very modern bathroom facilities. Everything feels premium, clean and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere is calm and sophisticated, exactly what you want after a day in Zermatt. I enjoyed the wellness area so much that I went twice during the same week. 😄 The entire experience felt high quality from beginning to end and the location makes it even more special with the beauty of Zermatt all around you. I would absolutely return and can highly recommend Albana Hotel Boutique Zermatt to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing and luxurious stay in the mountains. 🤍🏔️✨

Our room had the best view of the matterhorn (Room 306). I got to wake up and watch the horn turn gold from my pillow unlike those who line up at the bridge in town. Breakfast was great, pool and actual hot tub were clean and perfect. Located 2 min walk to town center. Staff was amazing and so kind!!!! Stay here if you want to be away from the crowd. This was the Month of August.

The room was a little smaller than I expected, but I don’t know the room sizes at other hotels, so I can’t say much about it. The spa was good and wasn’t busy at the time of my visit. Breakfast was good. All the staff members were very helpful, and the service was excellent.

Highly recommend this 4 star hotel. They didn't fault in one thing from reception to facilities, location, accessibility, comfortness and house keeping service. Everyone always very friendly and helpful. They also have their own restaurants with different cuisine which they are conveniently accessible from the inside of hotel and the food and the servers were just spectacular, specifically Sebastian who took care of our dining experience. We had an authentic Thai cuisine experience, which was worthy every penny. Highly recommend for an amazing time e in Zermatt. Ps: Very close too all ski points and the train station. The location is A+++
