Aristella Swissflair Hotel & Apartements

We booked a room with Matterhorn view, and it was lovely. It was really large and clean, with a balcony that opened up to a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The washroom was also large with a double vanity, enclosed shower, and bathtub! The hotel is also conveniently located near the station and supermarket.

This is a lovely hotel. In no particular order: the staff throughout are excellent and so helpful, the continental breakfast has everything as expected but the quality of the produce seems somewhat superior, the location is a five minute walk from the main drag in town, the room we had had everything you would hope for and finally the restaurent associated with hotel serves truely outstanding steak.

We felt very comfortable during our stay. The hotel is very well located in the city center, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent, and the Spycer restaurant is outstanding – without a doubt the best in Zermatt.

We loved our stay here during our 3 nights in Zermatt! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had amazing views of the Matterhorn (when the clouds cleared!), with great views from inside the room or on the balcony. The breakfast was delicious each morning, with a great selection and very attentive staff. The location in town was great – easy walking distance to the restaurants and sites in town and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Extra bonus was the delicious chocolates left on our pillow each day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Zermatt!
