Excellent tour in Zaragoza. Marta was terrific. We ate and drank at four locations and each was really good. The energy of the town was beyond our expectations. A great experience!

This cultural and culinary experience in Zaragoza is all about the influenced by its northern and eastern Mediterranean neighbors. The gastronomy of Zaragoza also has abundant orchards in the Ebro basin, so its excellent fruits and vegetables are present in many of its dishes. I'll take you to the local market to learn about the most important local ingredients. We will also visit some of my favorite local spots and share some delicious Aragonese-style tapas.

We had a great experience and enjoyed some history, before sampling 4 different tapas and wines from 4 different places!
This was a fantastic tour with Marta even though I was the only one on it! Marta shared interesting facts on Zaragoza and herself which I found fascinating! We visited 4 tapas bars and had a wine and tapas at each. Marta was great at taking my preferences into account. I would definitely recommend this tour.
I had a truly wonderful and fun evening with Marta! She took me to the old town of Zaragoza and showed me many great bars in the El Turbo district, which are known for their unique atmosphere, tapas, and history. Marta has an incredible amount of knowledge and shared a lot about Zaragoza's history as we walked from bar to bar. Because she's such an open, patient, warm-hearted and friendly person, it was a really fun evening that felt like meeting up with friends! I would highly recommend it to everyone.
Our tour guide, Marta, was fantastic. Extremly knowledgeable on local history and beyond. She tailored our experience to our preferences and tastes.
We had a terrific evening with our guide Marta. She is a lot of fun to be with and is an exceptional tour guide. Delicious tapas and wine in great company- what’s not to like !!!
Although our guide Marta was lovely and very knowledgeable for the price we paid there really wasn't enough food. 1 small tapas each in four bars left us all hungry. There was diffo enough wine. Up the food quantity or lower the price
We met at Caesar Agustus statue and got a quick yet very informative history lesson of the beginnings of Zaragoza. Marta walked us through the market and through the streets to our first stop.....a beautiful wine shop/deli. The building was beautiful and had a little museum on the lower level. Marta was fantastic! Such a charismatic and likable person. The tour is worth your time and money 100%. The guide explains the origins of the wines and tapas. So happy we took the time to do it.
Marta was great! My friend and I are a bit finiky and she made suggestions for tapas that were perfect for us. She was fun and informative. We had a wonderful evening.
This was a great cultural experience. We learned about the city, went to wonderful places for tapas and wine and each had their own character. Marta our guide was so engaging and made it feel like a night out with friends. I highly recommend this tour.
We had a delightful evening with Marta. She shared information about the local wines and tapas unique to spots in Zaragoza while exploring the city’s Casco Viejo neighborhood. The evening felt like going out with friends. Would highly recommend to anyone stopping in Zaragoza and looking to learn more about the city and its culture. Thank you, Marta!
Jorge was awesome! We signed up in the (up to 10) group tour, but that day was so hot, it was just the two of us. Jorge gave us an interesting history lesson of the city with some fun facts. And then we started the foodie excursion and went to four very authentic places we wouldn't have otherwise been inclined to try. Very local -- NOT touristy places. He answered all our questions and gave a great history of the food in relation to the city. He also gave us some great recommendations for places to try at our next stop (San Sebastian). Very personalized experience. Would highly recommend!
We had the best time with the owner/operator George. He is a trained historian and oenophile, and just an all-around generous friendly person and great host. My kids (aged 18-21) and I had the best time with him. It was like being shown around by an extremely knowledgeable friend who was showing us around the city he loves. This was a great value and we received more than promised
History and wine description of Zaragoza and the rest of Aragon. Jorge was excellent answering all our questions
My husband and I are total foodies, and this tour did not disappoint. Jorge was a knowledgeable and fun guide to the foods and wines of the Zaragoza region. We felt like we were with an old friend by the end of the night. The market and hidden gourmet gems along the way were certainly highlights, but Jorge also made sure we only visited places we had not experienced yet in el Tubo (we saved the tour for our final night in the city). By the end of the evening we were full, just the right amount of tipsy, and very happy.
We had a great evening on the tapas tour! We tried lots of fantastic tapas and wines at various spots in Zaragoza. Jorge was a great guide - very knowledgeable about the city and food/wines, super friendly and personable; he made our evening together very memorable...we hope to return to Zaragoza to do another tour with Jorge one day!
Our food tour with Jorge was fantastic! He introduced us to several tapas that are unique to Zaragoza, and they were all delicious. His culinary background and knowledge of the city as a native made the tour so interesting. I would highly recommend this tour and Jorge as a guide!
This was a fun and informative way to discover what seems to be an often overlooked city. Our guide provided a quick review of the 2000+ year history of the city, walked us through the amazing Basilica, then, going through the Tapas rich “Tubos” section, introduced us to the art of pairing wine with Tapas. I highly recommend this tour!
It was a cold evening in Zaragoza but we made the best of our stroll through part of old town and “el tubo”. This is a great way to experience the culture of the city and we loved seeing people out enjoying the holiday with friends and family. We enjoyed tapas at an excellently curated list of places with great wine choices. We also had a chance to make our own selection at a few places which I really appreciated. Highly recommended tour! Jorge shared his love of the city and gastronomy with us and left us with some tips of more places to explore - which we will!

Marta has incredible knowledge and has also told a lot about the history of Zaragoza on the way from bar to bar. Very good opportunity to see Zaragoza from a local point of view. The tour was fantastic and the restaurants delicious. We did a private tour with the family and we all loved it. We drink a lot of wine. I recommend Rutica 41.
If you don’t know Zaragoza, you quickly run the risk of underestimating this ancient city. But we were lucky that Jorge not only gave us a historical overview of the city and the region, but also took us on an evening tour of the old town with its countless tapas bars. The supposed agony of Zaragoza is replaced in the evening by pure joy of life. Without Jorge we could never have experienced the city and its culinary highlights (anchovies with chocolate) like this. Thanks to Jorge, we hope to welcome you in Munich one day!
