Our room was quite sizeable and had a great view. We enjoyed the pool and biked around with rentable bikes on the ground floor. The bikes are owned by a different company, but the lock keys are held at the hotel’s front desk. After you pay for the bike, go get your bike’s key from the front desk. There was a slight a/c issue, but it was promptly fixed by a handyman. No kettle in the room, but you can get hot water at the restaurant complimentary. Around the hotel are bike paths to take you into the town and get groceries at a nearby Mercadona.

Hotel is very modern on the outskirts of the city. Parking is provided underground at an extra cost. Room facilities are good, but no tea or coffee station in the room. Our room had a double bed and one fold down bed for our teenage. Bathroom was nice. Room has a little weary and tear but was clean. Staff were excellent. Pool is a good size with plenty of loungers. Overall, a good hotel for a weekend or a short stopover.
I had a pleasant 3 night stay at this large hotel complex with modern decor, great amenities including an outdoor swimming pool and a short drive to the city center. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, large bathroom with excellent water pressure and efficient air conditioning. The reception staff were professional and English speaking. I had underground parking for my rent a car for an additional daily charge and there is a breakfast buffet available again for an additional fee. The hotel was very quiet overnight so I always enjoyed a good nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zaragoza.
An exceptional stay with stunning views and great comfort, though with a few minor drawbacks. The room was spotless, particularly spacious, and offered excellent modern amenities. The absolute highlight of the stay is the view through the large bay window: a unique panorama of the Ebro River and the majestic Third Millennium Bridge, which is breathtaking at sunset. The bedding is also top-tier, ensuring a great night's sleep. However, there is room for improvement in a few areas: Noise and Soundproofing: The hotel is huge, and its open architecture causes a lot of echoing. It can get quite noisy, and you can easily hear sounds from the hallways and adjacent rooms. Better sound insulation would be highly appreciated for an establishment of this standing. In-Room Amenities: It was a bit disappointing that everything in the minibar is an extra charge. For the price of the room, offering at least two complimentary small bottles of water and a coffee/tea tray would be a very nice touch. Bar Prices: While the outdoor terrace is beautiful and relaxing, the bar prices are significantly higher compared to the standard rates in downtown Zaragoza. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel for its quality of service and gorgeous views!
Liked - Nice big room and big bed. Nice to see carpet throughout the hotel to help absorb noise. Superb shower pressure and nice bath/bathroom. Parking is free in the huge parking lot Parque del Agua 24/7 365. Phone in toilet...lol Disliked · We were only stayed for one night as planned so it wasn't worth reporting any of the following: Can some what hear the busy road through the giant window. Giant window is very dirty. I realise they aern't going to get cleaned every day or week but ours looked like it hadn't been cleaned in many months. Mini fridge is useless and doesn’t get cold at all. Aircon doesn't work. Wifi is not very good in the room. Bedside reading light is daylight white not warm white so is not good for eyes when reading at night. Also the light is on a very loose gooseneck so it is hard to move into position and then it doesn’t stay in place.
