Look and quality was just ok, but the exit in case of emergency route from the underground parking was just plain dangerous. Very dated and tired looking rooms but they seemed to be clean. There was scrapped furniture, rusted sink drains and old tired-looking carpets in the hallways. Three VERY old and slow elevators. Elevator doors did not react to touch when the doors were closing. When it took too long for any of the elevators to get to the -3 parking level, my husband decided to use the stairs labeled Emergency Exit. There was no way to get past the -1 level to get to the lobby, which is very dangerous. Also a couple of the landings on the same stairs were used as storage with stacks of tables, which would be very dangerous in case of an emergency where many people needed to use the Emergency evaluation stairs.

Friendly staff despite the large number of visitors for the eclipse. Room was nice, but did not like lack of shower door and WiFi did not work in our room on the 7th Floor.
Beginning was not so bad but ended absolutely ridiculous. Very weak internet, housekeeping so bad, soundproof almost zero. But most annoying it is a service, I needed to change my booking to check out earlier and they after 24 hours said they didn't get response from Madrid and I need to wait one more day 😂 hotel is very old, lifts so slow and middle one is always broken so I take stairs all the time. Breakfast is acceptable for 1-2 times, bit if you stay 2+ weeks like me... The only positive I can mention their restaurant menu is tasty. They decerved that 1 star definitely for the review
Booked with Booking.com double room for € 193,60 ,incl breakfast and parking Checking in went ok, but somewhat slow. Room 840. This is not a double room. Only plugs and switches next to one side of the bed. Other side nothing. One towel and one glass in the bathroom. Went to reception, but they claimed it was definitely a double room. Other room (so double, not available anymore). Bringing an extra towel took a long ling time. Only after saying ‘now’ it came immediately. We booked for another night because of circumstances. Now the room includes breakfast and parking is € 171,00. We got room 630. And yes. This is a genuine double room. It would have been nice when the hotel would have transferred our luggage. But….. one towel again. Went to reception to return 840 key and asked for extra towel. Immediately available backoffice reception. They are familiar to the problem..? Breakfast is ok. An enormous breakfast hall with uncountable number of seats and tables. Everything available for a good breakfast. Too much I think for only a few people we saw in that moment (around 09:15). The second night we went out for a drink and a bite. Very good at Teniente Peseta Gastrobar. Recommended and close by. When arriving at the room: Airco not working. So pick up the phone and dial 9…. Phone not working. At the reception we only get “ We are sorry Sir”. We had a nasty hot night. When paying € 365 for two nights, you may expect something. But not here. This hotel is not ok. Nothing to do with Spain or Zaragoza. This hotel is just crap. Even 5 points out of 10 is overrated. Advice to owners and management: get your job done or see your hotel go into a deep downfall.
Overall good value for money, rooms decent size and comfortable beds although overly warm and we were unable to adjust the temperature. Parking was paid but not unreasonable. Breakfast 13 euros per person, a lot of choice and sweet pastries excellent, service also very good.
