Zanzibar Airport Transfers Pickup And Drop Off/departure

We were staying in Nungwi on Zanzibar and we wanted to go to the Stone Town for a half day. Juma, our driver was lovely, and he took us to meet Nasari, our guide around the Town. Nasari was very knowledgeable having taken these walking tours for 10 years. We saw so much in the 2 hours and learnt a lot about Stone Town. We finished with a gorgeous roof top coffee (I think it was called ZANZIBAR COFFEE HOUSE). Juma and Nasari gifted us some Mangoes which we have brought home to share with our family. You don't find Mangoes like that in Ireland :-). Thank you both.

We found ZanEco tours to be timely, professional and courteous. Upon arrival, Juma met us at the airport and drive us to our hotel in a clean and comfortable van. On departure, Juma was at our hotel on time, and drove us to the airport. During our drive, he kept us informed about Zanzibar and it's culture. We also used ZanEco for a guided tour of Prison Island and Stonetown. Once again, they were timely, courteous and informative. One minor point is that our guide could have been a little more enthusiastic. Overall, an excellent experience.

Exceptional service - reliable, punctual, professional, and personable. Comfortable and well-maintained vehicles. Juma also seems to know *everybody*, and works with an array of other excellent local providers to offer genuinely local excursions, outings, experiences, visits and so on (e.g. Spice Farm visit, Jozani Forest, cookery classes and a snorkelling trip.) Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Made everything so smooth and such a pleasure. 10/10…

I cannot recommend Juma and his team highly enough. Simply excellent, reliable and professional in every aspect. Nice, comfortable, well-looked-after vehicles, and expert driving, whatever the road surface (!!). Juma is also so knowledgeable about Zanzibar, and really interesting to chat with along the way. He works with other excellent local guides, venues and attractions - so each activity we did (eg Jozani Forest) we were in the hands of really interesting and skilled Zanzibari colleagues. An all-round great experience.

Our driver was very prompt and responsive. We had arranged for 9:15pm to meet at our hotel lobby and I asked at 8:30pm if he could come at 9pm. He actually came a little early at 8:55pm. I had a duffel bag and my sister had a rolling suitcase. Our previous driver had held both duffel bags so I was actually a little disappointed he didn’t offer to take mine. However he loaded the bags in and out of the car and wished us safe travels. Overall it was a great way to get to airport but if you’re needing assistance for bags, I’d say it depends on the situation.

Our driver was waiting outside as soon as we walked out of the airport with our name on a sign. He helped us with our luggage and getting in the van. He was very knowledgeable and gave us info about the island. We will be using them for other excursions during our trip!

We had an amazing experience with Zuma! He was always on time, professional, and made everything so easy for us from the moment we arrived. He picked us up from the airport smoothly and also took us to Nanassi Beach Club. My partner and I had the pleasure to have Juma as our transfer driver from the airport to the hotel. Juma was very professional and friendly, along the way we started talking and he suggested many activities we could do during our stay in Zanzibar. It turned out that he himself was organizing these activities, so during our three days stay in zanzibar we did many tours organized by him, always having him also as our transfer driver. He revealed himself as such a lovely person! He told us many curiosities about Zanzibar, was always on time, was careful that we had good service, and his car was always clean and impeccable shape! Great and friendly driver. Pick up right on time and provided cold water as we got our pick up. Picked us up at hotel 4am on our return and was on time again even thou it was very early in the AM. Use this service if you need to get around Zanzibar!! Highly recommended!

Juma was outstanding with his services. He picked us up from the airport, helped us with our luggages and his car was neat. We booked a couple of trips with him - one to Mnemba islands where we saw dolphins and snorkelled to see corals and the other to drop us back to the airport on the day of departure. He is very professional and ensured everything was as per plan. The lunch he organised was delicious I must say and was the best we had during our time in Tanzania.
