My first trip to Zanzibar went 10/10 and it wouldn't have been perfect if it wasnt Joseph planning my trips and accompanying me during my trips as well as pick and drop me from/to airport. He is very professional, efficient, ontime, respectful and polite. As a solo female traveller i was very safe with him and very well taken care of. He asked me what type of activities i would love to do and then planned for me a great time. Also i found his prices are better comparing to others or hotels.

I had Joseph phone number from Facebook. I contacted him through WhatsApp we arranged everything before my arrival. He sent an itinerary and when I told him that it is out of budget, he tailored another new one, specially for me based on my budget. When we arrived, Zanzibar, I arrived late through the Ferry and my wife arrived early through the airport. He picked her up and took her to a restaurant to wait for me. Joseph is available all the time he did all the transportation by himself from the airport, ferry to the hotel and to the tours with his nice and clean car. And when he had a family matter his brother Raymond was there. We really enjoyed the activities that Joseph planned for us thank you Joseph for your time. We did: Spice farm, stone town tour & sunset cruise with kidumbaki Turtles aquarium, baraka zoo kendwa beach & 2x30 min clear kayak Jozani forest and mangrooves, The Rock Restaurant and mtende beach Nakupenda sandbank & prison island (tortoises) Mnemba (dolphins and starfish + snorkeling) Blue safari (sandbank, snorkeling, lagoon, baobab island) And he drove us to the airport. The kids had a blast and we all loved everything. I highly reccomend booking activities with Joseph!

We are Tanzanian residents and visited Zanzibar for a long weekend break. We booked our airport to hotel transfer with Jambo Travels at a very reasonable rate. But to our pleasant surprise Joseph and the whole team at Jambo were friendly, considerate and knowledgeable professionals - we ended up booking a snorkeling and dolphin watching trip with them, again for a very reasonable rate. Captain Coco who took us out near Mnemba Atoll was pleasant and experienced yet considerate about the safety and comfort of marine life. He even served us fresh tropical fruit during a break at a sand bank :) The highlight of our trip was seeing whale sharks out in the water. Highly recommend this team when in Zanzibar!

I had the opportunity to arrange some transfer from Airport to Pingwe and then from Pingwe to Nungwi the from Nungwi to Stone Town and the last from Stone Town to the airport. Going back to Stone Town we asked to the driver ( Joseph,Jo for friends) if were possible to visit a spicy farm. Without any problem Jo agreed. He did the same in stone town about the visit to Nakupenda. In the Jo has been fanatastic! Always on time ! Very kind and safe his way of driving and the same about his partners. We really appreciated his kindness and punctuality. I suggest to everybody to use his services! Great!!!

Joseph is such an amazing person. He will fulfill every wish you have and plan all your tours. He is super flexible and very honest. If there is a cheaper taxi for a short distance, he will recommend you someone else. Booking tours with Joseph saves you money and time 100% he will plan everything and give the best recommendations.
