Excellent tour! My guide was very informative and flexible with my preferences. Snorkeling near Mnemba was awesome with very beautiful clear water and nice colorful fishes. Paje Beach is beautiful and I was able to go Jet Skiing there. It was nice to see the Red Monkeys in the Forest.
I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that visits Zanzibar as it helps you to experience alot of different aspects Zanzibar.
it was nice to see many places in one day, a bit unplanned when it comes to lunch at the rock, the food is really good there. the boat ride on the way for the dophines did not feel very safe, and we ended up not seeing anything due to bad weather, a bit disappointing but I guess it happens. we did see a variety of places though and the swim in the cave was nicer than expected! Paje beach is beautiful- totally worth checking it out
Great day out visiting loads of fabulous areas of Zanzibar on a private tour with Abubakar. He was super friendly, knowledgeable & passionate about the island. I would recommend this tour for anyone as he goes at a pace that sets you. From caves to beaches to mangroves this tour has it all.
We had a great day out! A wonderful way to see a lot of the island but the tour does not feel rushed, plenty of time at each stop. The boat trip (dolphin spotting and snorkelling) was amazing! The tour was private and guide was informative and friendly. We were able to tailor to our needs. We recommend to couples/groups alike.

We got to see so much of the island in one day. We snorkeled, swam in a cave, went to Paje beach, ate at the Rock. Our guide was so nice and accommodating!
We had an amazing time on our tour, and Abubakar was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire trip! From the very beginning, he clearly explained the itinerary and what to expect during the day, which made everything feel smooth and organized. While on the road, Abubakar kept the vibe fun and lively—he chatted with us, played some great music, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. At Mnemba, he was incredibly patient while we changed into our swimwear, never rushing us and always keeping a positive attitude. One of the highlights was riding the boat to see dolphins and starfish—it was such a memorable experience! What made it even better was having Abubakar there to encourage us to swim, even if we weren’t confident swimmers. But hakuna matata—there’s a lifeguard, so we felt safe the whole time! 😅 The trip lasted around 10 to 12 hours, and even by the end, Abubakar still had full energy and a big smile on his face. You can really tell he loves what he does. Highly recommend taking a tour with him—you’ll be in great hands!
Incredible experience! We touched so many parts of the island in one day. We boated, snorkeled, swam in natural caves, saw amazing wildlife, the list goes on. An amazing tour with a great guide. Highly recommended!

Great tour on the island with abubakar! He communicated right away on whatsapp, very friendly and easy to coordinate with. Excellent way to see many sights in one day, all were worth the visit. The crystal clear water at the sandbar, guided walk with monkeys at juzani, and swimming at the cave were all highlights. Delicious drinks and homemade seafood pasta at The Rock to finish the day :)
We saw almost the whole island and all stuff youve basically want to se and learn about the island. The guide was very adaptive and had sense for our needs snd taste

We had a fantastic day with Abubakar and saw so much of Zanzibar. Abubakar was flexible with timing of the tour, accommodating a later pickup and our reservation at the Rock for lunch. He was very informative about Zanzibar and we were very comfortable in the car. All the guides were fantastic and this tour will definitely be a highlight of our trip. Tips - bring bug spray and walking shoes for the jungle tour and you get to hike right up to the friendly colobus monkeys. A towel was also helpful to bring along. Ansante sana Abubakar!

The Trip was well organized with a friendly driver and Guide. The Guide was also speking German. After snorkeling there was a lot of different fruits on the boat, which was a lovely surprise. Also for the Lunch Break our domestic Guide known a very good Restaurant. We can recommend this Trip.
Discovery of the eastern part of Zanzibar. Our guide explained part of the history of Zanzibar to us and showed us the different sites. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins and the monkeys of the Jozani forest. The landscapes are superb.
Hamsa is a German-speaking, very well-informed, likable tour guide from whom we learned a lot about the flora and fauna, spices, history, and culture of Zanzibar. He reacted very flexibly to our suggestions (spice farm instead of Mnemba Island, where we had already been). Abu Bakr was a very experienced driver, so we always felt safe. He also speaks several languages. Both of them greatly enriched our stay in Zanzibar. Highly recommended!
Great day with Younes! He speaks very good French, immediately put us at ease and always took the time to give us interesting information about what we saw. The pace of the day was perfect. The diving was great, and he showed us dolphins — although I personally am not a fan of animal harassment, I thank him for his investment. The fruit was delicious and we always had water available during the activities, which is really nice. In Jozani, we had rain, but we were able to wait for shelter; Younes even provided us with umbrellas. Despite the weather, we could still see the monkeys and the mangrove. Special mention also: Younes called the restaurant to shift our reservation, thanks again to him for that. The Rock restaurant was amazing 😍 — beautiful, very good, perfect for a good meal and beautiful photos 👍 Kuza cave was nice to see; you can stop there for a drink, but on our side we were already very tired 😅 In short, I recommend without hesitation. We have been confident all day.

I really had a nice day and got to see many spots on my wish list. The transport was extremely punctual and problem-free, on Wundch we even stopped at a supermarket. Overall a great way to see much of Zanzibar in one day.
We were picked up on time by the helpful driver Khamis, who accompanied us all day and drove safely from A to B. First we went to a stretch of beach where we met our guide Ali and then went straight to the dolphin “hunt”, off into the motorboat and off we went out to sea, where already 30 other motorboats with guests chased dolphins behind to have the opportunity to swim and snorkel with dolphins for a short moment. After 3-4 rounds of jumping out we went on to snorkel, a bit delayed but ultimately with the 30 other motorboats. The water fun was rounded off with a stop at a sandbar. Back to the car we went for a walk in the Jozani Forest, our guide informed a lot about tree species, palm trees, other plants and their uses in Zanzibar. Some nice photos with the free-running monkeys and we continued to the mangrove forest. Afterwards, unfortunately, the unsightly part of the tour, to The Rock and Paje beach, began to overflow and one intrusive seller after another. Both places we were only short because it was very uncomfortable to move there. Conclusion: Guide, driver and boater top! In terms of content, we would completely omit Paje Strand and visit The Rock again on our own in the morning if possible.
Very nice trip to Mnemba, Jozani-Chwaka Bay National Park, Kuza Cave and The Rock Restaurant. Safe driver, small car problem was fixed immediately. The guide explained a lot and was very attentive. The Paje beach we have waived of our own accord. Especially nice was a spontaneous stopover: we were allowed to drink and eat fresh coconut and taste red bananas. Overall, a successful day – glad to recommend.

A fabulous day where everything was perfectly organized. A very careful driver and especially very punctual. Younes our French speaking guide, who speaks French very well, has been in care all day. We have gone from wonder to wonder. Younès wanted to make us discover his beautiful island with a dense program sure, but that allows time to appreciate every moment. Fresh fruit is always an appreciable attention. Younes we thank you for a fabulous day and without forgetting our super driver Abubakar. You can go with your eyes closed.

As we were NOT on Mnemba as offered, but saw a rush with dolphins, we were disappointed. Poor animals. Otherwise a nice experience with numerous sights. The guide spoke German and explained a lot. Thanks again at this point.
