When we arrived, the check-in process was rather long and it took awhile, it turns out they’ve not put all the rooms together as we were a family and one room was on the other side of the site which was very strange and annoying that they couldn’t put them all together. Anyway, we arrived to the rooms- I found gecko poo on my table and was assured that this is normal but it could’ve been cleaned up before I arrived. Also at the check-in process I had asked for a shaver, and one of the check-in people was almost making a joke as if I didn’t need one, I didn’t appreciate that at all on a sidenote all the other staff were absolutely amazing They were really genuinely kind people which I appreciated. The food was okay, the sea was not very nice as it is the wrong part of the island to be on. And the entertainment was terrible on our last night. They had some disco with music not suitable for children it was like British rap music with swearing and everything, at 7 o’clock was you’re trying to eat a nice dinner?. It was ridiculous. I also got ill at this hotel I’m pretty sure it was because of the air-conditioning not being cleaned properly. At checkout, there was no ask on how our state was or anything. For the room problem, we were given some money off a massage, and for the air-conditioning problem which I reported she gave us Complimentary sparkling water. Not the best however, the staff are genuinely amazing! I would say it’s more of a management problem and organisational structure

From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, attentiveness, and sincere desire to make our stay exceptional were evident in every interaction. A very special thank you to the manager, Chanaka, whose personal attention ensured our stay exceeded every expectation. He and his incredible team went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary and my birthday truly memorable, surprising us with a beautifully presented cake celebration during dinner. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel incredibly valued and created memories we will cherish.

This was easily one of the best stays I’ve had. Everything is intentional—from the design to the service. The staff are kind, efficient, and genuinely care. You don’t need to repeat requests, everything is handled properly the first time. We had to switch to private dining due to my daughter not feeling well, and the team went out of their way to accommodate us, including offering discounts without us even asking. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the twice-daily housekeeping is a lovely touch. Extending our stay was seamless. A true luxury experience—worth every cent
