To be honest this is one of the best hotels in Zanzibar because of its beach like this is the best beach I’ve ever been in the middle Africa area. The sand is just pure the water is clean even though there are a lot of like locals on the beach trying to sell you things but just like overall great experience. During our stay We had some electricity cut out twice even though it lasted like a minute or two so the generator got but it was overall a good experience
The place was beautiful and the location was very nice with an infinity pool looking over the ocean. Beautiful views of the boats and the ocean was crystal clear. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. I had an excellent time there with my family and friends.
I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at My Blue Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering incredibly comfortable rooms and exceptional service from a genuinely warm and welcoming staff. Everything about the property feels relaxing and well thought out. However, the absolute crown jewel of the stay has to be the evening views. The hotel provides the perfect vantage point for a truly fabulous sunset every single night, painting the horizon in spectacular colors. It was a magical way to end each day, and I cannot recommend this fantastic place enough for anyone seeking a perfect, peaceful vacation
If your are looking for a peacefull and relax holidays this is not the hotel. The hotel its nice itself and the beach is really nice, but is massive. You need to run to take a sunbed (and also the sunbeds in the beach which are from the hotel you need to pay an extra). Its so crowded with family and kids (which is fine ofc) but maybe its not the hotel to have a relaxing holidays.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at My Blue Hotel was made even better by the incredible service from Ariana and her team. They truly went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. Ariana was especially outstanding. I had an issue with a third party booking company, and she took the time to help me resolve it. She was incredibly patient, professional, proactive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Instead of simply telling me to contact the booking company, she stepped in, helped me navigate the situation, and made sure the problem was solved. Her entire team was also wonderful, including the Maasai staff. Everyone was friendly, respectful, welcoming, and always willing to help. You can tell that Ariana leads by example because the level of hospitality from the entire team was exceptional. Thank you, Ariana and the entire My Blue Hotel team, for going out of your way to make my experience so positive and memorable. This is what true five star hospitality and customer service should look like. I want to also mention that they gave me an upgrade both times I booked and put me in an incredible room. I highly recommend My Blue Hotel!
