Our bungalow was excellent, comfortable and spacious enough for a family, and it felt like our own little home by the sea. It was spotless every single day. You notice that kind of care when you're travelling with kids, sand everywhere, and every time we came back, the room was fresh and tidy again as if by magic. The evenings were my favourite. We'd come back to a turned-down bed, the mosquito nets already let down, and fresh water waiting for us. After a long day in the sun, it felt like someone was quietly looking out for us, and with kids, that peace of mind at bedtime means a lot. The whole resort has that same feeling. It's calm, unhurried and beautifully kept, the kind of place where you hear the ocean before anything else. Boutique in the true sense: small enough that you feel known, never crowded, never rushed. Hakuna matata isn't just a saying here; it's how the place feels. And behind all of it are the people. The staff are warm, kind, and genuinely go out of their way to make you feel at home. The General Manager Grace always checked on us with a smile:).

A fantastic place for families, particularly if you want to combine a relaxing Zanzibar holiday with watersports. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and you have easy access to one of the best kitesurfing spots, period. The food was excellent throughout, and we particularly appreciated how well the team catered for my daughter's gluten-free requirements. It made travelling as a family much easier and we always felt well looked after. A lovely combination of great food, friendly service, a relaxed atmosphere and an amazing location for the beach and kitesurfing. We had a brilliant stay and will come back.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at Mvuvi! Carolina , Andrea and the team have a beautiful operation here. The location was great right on the beach, the rooms and decor were on point with strong AC, turndown service at night that setup the mosquito nettings, universal plugs, laundry service on request and free unlimited daily bottled water . The onsite restaurants were great, the complimentary breakfast had tons of variety and lunch and dinner options included tasty international as well as local Zanzibari food. Best was the staff, who were always polite and welcoming, providing service with a smile. Mariam, Joyce, Gift, Alicia are some of the great staff that come to mind. The DUOTONE activities center was great with tons of options, we took the local sailboat Ngalwa excursion to the local reef to see starfish. The location is walkable to other resorts and restaurants in the area so we could experience a variety. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

A unique and differentiated boutique resort that makes you feel at home. The facility is new, super clean and tidy. The staff is kind and caring. The location is just perfect, few steps away from the white sand beach with turquoise water. There is plenty to do and the recent opening of the water-sport school is definitely a plus! The food is high quality with super fresh seafood. If you want an unforgettable experience, this is your place.
