Stayed here for 7 nights at the level, the hotel was outstanding in service, food, rooms and a brilliant and beautiful location. Sunrise view of the beach from our room and infinity pool. Every meal we had from each and every restaurant was incredible. The Jetty has a really beautiful setting set and a great seafood menu. Every single one of the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. They remember you from the first meeting and make you feel so welcome and relaxed. We spent several days around the infinity pool sunbathing and relaxing. Each lounger/bed around the pool has a table with a button to call the waiter, from the first push of that button Lilian came over and asked what drinks we would like, from there on i didn't press the button again as she was so on the ball and had your next drinks ready and over to you before you finished your last, just outstanding service all round. Staff really are incredible. Well done Melia, will definitely return and be recommending you to all our friends and family!

Meliá Zanzibar is a true paradise! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking beauty, stunning scenery and an atmosphere that made our holiday feel truly special. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful, and every detail is perfectly taken care of. The hospitality was outstanding, and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome. A very special thank you to Bruna and Mahfud, who truly made our stay unforgettable! Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made us feel at home and so well looked after. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Thank you for making our holiday so special! We would love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights at Melia. A few people stood out. Lillian our beautiful server who not only works hard, does a great job, anticipating your needs but she has a wonderful and friendly charm about her. Ronaldo who is a Maasai gentleman that tirelessly works standing guard and opening doors for everyone. What a nice soul. Sebastian, he spent time explaining the activities available at the resort. He was friendly and charming and added a nice touch. The rooms are spectacular and the food incredible. We will definitely recommend this resort. Thank you !

The property is amazing, no doubt about it! What really stood out for us, though, was the exceptional hospitality. We have special dietary requirements, and the entire team managed them wonderfully. A special mention to Head Chef Tara Singh, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements and make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. His attention to detail, care, and warm hospitality truly made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for the beautiful property, excellent service, and outstanding hospitality!
