Best warmest reception by Rahma and Rambaiwa, professional yet warm, easy and real. All staff were amazing, each one being professional and upbeat. Special mention to chef Pascal and has team. Each meal is an art work in terms of taste and variety, despite it being buffet. Gardens, buildings and the pool by the beach are spacious and esthetically pleasing. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained, carry the same style as the general African-Zanzibar theme. Many activities organized and planned, suitable in variety.

This is a fabulous hotel. So calm and restorative. It is spotlessly clean. It is directly on a beautiful beach and our ocean facing room was very special. Supremely comfortable. The food is buffet style and very good and plentiful and snacks and a wide variety of drinks and cocktails are available throughout the day. What makes the hotel so special is the staff. They are friendly, pleasant and attentive.

We’ve just spent an incredible week at Dream of Zanzibar, and one of the absolute highlights of our stay was Rahma. From the very beginning, Rahma went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care stood out immediately — she has such a natural way of making you feel welcome and valued. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always greeted us with the biggest smile, which made every interaction a pleasure. Her attention to detail and dedication to exceptional service didn’t go unnoticed. Whether it was remembering our preferences, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, or simply taking the time to have a friendly chat, Rahma consistently exceeded all expectations.
