Hotel is good. Very good stafs thanks for your service ,to be honesly the hotel is very very good everything arranged on well, if you have birthday,honeymoon or anniversary the hotel arrange cake for free and big celebration in their restaurant upstairs,they have big team and sing a lot of songs a according to ypur events without to pay anythings, so i wonder some guests who came and make bad review about hotel some time not true they have their plan to destroy the hotel brand but the hotel is good everywhereee,managers are very good and helpfully,reception staffs are good and hotel service is available 24/7 please ignore some negative reviews sometime not true ,trust the brand and enjoy the great experience in zamzibar
A hotel you want to return to. Excellent service, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. They're always there to help; I felt very comfortable and safe here. The food was excellent, always. I recommend it to everyone. It's a hotel I want to return to, and I definitely want to check in here again when I'm in Nungwi again. Warmest regards to all the staff who work here. I had a wonderful stay at Canary Hotel & Spa! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The location was also very convenient. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is in a real good location, 5 minutes walk to the Nungwi beach and with several restaurant options (2 steps from Nungwi Park)
The hotel restaurant has a wide variety of options and serves good and big size portions.
The hotel itself is really clean and the staff very careful on you. They cleaned the room every day and are always available at any time. However, it needs some renovations and attention to detail. The doors are old, the bathroom had rusty water deposit, broken sink drain and little old overall look.
It is a nice place to stay if you don't want anything fancy like resorts to stay all day long. The pool is good and well maintained.
