We came to Amani to celebrate our honeymoon for a week after a long safari trip, and it was the best decision we could have made. As a former luxury hotel employee myself, I have high standards for any property that positions itself in the premium segment, and Amani and its staff exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms are beautiful and serviced twice a day, with incredible attention to detail. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, with a great variety of local dishes as well as Western options. The spa is also lovely- I highly recommend booking a 1hr Swedish or deep tissue massages. It was amazing! The location is another huge plus. It’s quiet, beautiful and very clean, away from the crowded Paje beach which made our stay feel even more peaceful while still allowing us to fully enjoy our kitesurfing sessions. A huge thank you to everyone, from the General Manager, chef, receptionists and housekeeping to Robert and his wonderful restaurant team, for making our honeymoon so special and truly unforgettable. For anyone considering staying at Amani, I also highly recommend booking directly through their website. They have great offers and packages, and the booking process is very easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax after our safari and celebrate our honeymoon. We would absolutely come back!

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff were so kind, polite, helpful, and genuinely warm. From the very beginning, we felt incredibly welcome and well cared for. The hospitality was exceptional and made our stay truly special. The hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful — the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some proper rest. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Everything was prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and you could really taste the quality and care in every dish. The chefs are incredibly talented, and every meal was a real pleasure. My friend and I went for a girls trip to Zanzibar and we stayed at Amani for a few nights. The hotel itself was beautiful, serene and directly on the Paje beachfront. The sunrises were absolutely stunning. The highlight of our stay here was the staff - they were so friendly and had an eye for detail. They knew us by name and made us feel very comfortable (being 2 females traveling alone). We had a problem with our aircon in the middle of the night and they went out of their way to assist us with it and even gave us an alternative room for the duration of our stay. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable! I highly recommend booking your stay with them.
