I really enjoyed my five-night stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and incredibly kind. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere, an excellent location, and beautiful mountain views.
I really enjoyed the breakfast, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, as well as the excellent room service. I was genuinely sad to leave and would definitely love to come back. I’d also be happy to try their other branches in different parts of Poland.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Zakopane. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.
The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room overlooking the beautiful Tatra Mountains. Waking up to such an incredible landscape every morning was truly unforgettable.
I also loved the wellness area. The heated pool and the jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Zakopane. The facilities were clean, modern, and very well maintained.
The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning mountain views. I would definitely stay here again!
Fantastic hotel in great location and friendly staff. From the moment we walk in Zaneta and Ola greet us and promptly check us in with room upgrade. Great service from them both. Resturant staff are also very friendly with Max doing a great job to take our al a carte order. Spa is lovely too. Must stay hotel in zakopane. 5 star in every sense.
I stayed at the Radisson Blu Zakopane for two nights and had a very pleasant experience.
I arrived early for check-in, and although it was before the standard check-in time, my room was ready by around 1:00 PM. As a nice surprise, I was also upgraded from a Standard Room, which I really appreciated.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. It was quite crowded during peak hours, but the food quality was good and everything was replenished regularly.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is also conveniently located, about a 14-minute walk from the Zakopane bus and train station, making it easy to get around.
Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zakopane.
Great hotel to experience the charm of the Zakopane. Breakfast selection was fantastic, love the addition of hummus, olives, veggies. Eggs made to order were too oily and overdone. Oatmeal with blueberries and bananas hit the spot. Dagmara at the front dest went above and beyond offering attentive service. Thank you.
