Expensive and no service We chose this hotel for the convenience of a family holiday with access to the water park. We were surprised to learn that if you want your room cleaned, you have to tell reception before 11 a.m. That wouldn't be a problem if you could actually reach reception, which is mostly staffed by a single person — meaning that to speak to a receptionist you have to wait for someone's check-in or check-out to finish. Result: 3 days with no cleaning. Access to the water park is relatively straightforward, but you start paying the moment you go through the barrier; then you go through the changing rooms, the showers, and only then do you work out the way to the park itself. Three slides and one outdoor area — you can work out the queuing time for yourself. We paid around €100 for 2.5 hours for 2 adults and 1 child. At the bar there is no table service. Everything is at the counter, and your table may well stay dirty — glasses from previous customers included — while the barman looks at you and does nothing more than that. Breakfast is acceptable but unremarkable. You come away convinced that this hotel is designed to have a comfortable service at the customer's expense! The roles get reversed: any service that happens does so through your own effort. But yes — you pay for every single moment in which you're working for the hotel. I don't recommend it, and frankly you'd be better off staying at another hotel (there are some) and using the water park as a day visitor, since access is public.

Amazing stay! The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the mountain view was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was awesome with a great selection of food. The whole experience felt like staying at a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Good stay. Very clean hotel. Beds are very comfortable. Cold sparkling water is available at the water filling stations. Gym is a bit small and basic. Breakfast is varied, available until 11am ( you can make your own waffles!) 10-15 minute walk to the centre. Aqua park entry is handy. We stayed 5 days and had 1 hour per day allowance which you can use in one go if you wish (so say stay 5 hours in one visit), but need to ask reception how much time left…. Buffet dinner is a good (includes coffee & water), 140 PLN for adults & 75 for children. The only downside is that they can not accommodate connected rooms for families… it was a hassle to go between our rooms (which were next to each other).
This is a relatively small hotel with an unbeatable location close to the center. The rooms are on the smaller side, and housekeeping seems to be on-demand only—if you don't explicitly request to have your room cleaned, they won't clean it. The highlight of the stay was definitely the thermal pool, which was fantastic. However, the limit of only one hour per day is definitely not enough to fully enjoy it. As for the breakfast, it was fine—good enough to start the day, but nothing special. Overall, it's a fine option if you value location over space, but there is definitely room for improvement in service and amenities.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aquarion in Zakopane. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making us feel at home. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of tasty dishes. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zakopane. We would definitely love to come back!
