This 3-day Sahara adventure was honestly one of the most incredible travel experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, yet it never felt rushed or touristy, but authentic, peaceful, and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Our guide Brahim was truly exceptional – warm, knowledgeable, and deeply connected to the desert and Berber culture. He cooked for us in his own home, arranged transport from place to place, told us many things about the desert, and made sure we were comfortable at every bit of the way. The journey itself was breathtaking. Riding camels through the golden dunes, watching the sunset paint the desert in incredible colours, and then sitting around the campfire under a sky full of stars. Sleeping under the stars was a once-in-a-lifetime experience we'll never forget. The camps were comfortable and beautifully set up, the food was delicious (some of the best tagine we had in Morocco!) and sharing music around the fire made it so special. Thank you Brahim. I am jealous of those who get to do it for the first time.

We went on a 3-day-2-night trip with Brahim in March. It really was the adventure that did it all. We rode camels into our first camp, had live music and a campfire, had a wild rocky jeep tour where we saw not one but two ostriches! We saw a magical sunset, sunrise and stars over the desert. All the staff were attentive and the campsites were not crowded. Would highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing 3 days and 2 nights with Brahim in the desert. Brahim and his team were everything you want for a guide: knowledgeable, caring and funny. During the day we rode camels, hiked on dunes and looked for wild animals on 4x4. The highlight was undoubtedly the sunset over the windblasted dunes overlooking the Sahara. At night, we relaxed by the fire under the stars. We were always served delicious meals and the classic Moroccan tea service. I would highlight recommend this to anyone looking for an authentic Moroccan experience in the raw untouched desert, seas of dunes.

We had such an amazing time on this trip. Our host, Brahim, contacted us a few days before the trip to coordinate when and where to meet, all the directions were clear and straightforward. The trip was so much more than we were expecting. We had a fantastic time. We met some great people and if we ever make it back to Morocco, we are definitely going to go on another trip with Brahim. He has a four day trip that we’d be interested in going back and trying. There are a ton of tour operators in the area, including the hotel that we stayed in, but I’m really glad we booked ahead of time and did this trip. Additionally, the food was better than most of the restaurants we ate visited in Morocco.

I had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night Sahara desert tour starting and ending in Ouarzazate. The route was very clear and well planned, the landscapes were outstanding, and the whole experience felt calm, genuine, and unhurried, rather than rushed or overly touristic. Our guide, Brahim, was highly professional, sincere, and very knowledgeable about the desert environment and local life. Time in the desert was peaceful and immersive, and the light, silence, and starry skies at night were truly memorable. Two nights in the Sahara are absolutely worth it. We rode camels deep into the desert, stayed in two different camps, did dune hiking and sandboarding, and saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets, desert animals, and a wide variety of landscapes along the way. The food throughout the trip was delicious, and the Berber music in the camp was very special. Overall, this was a well-organized tour with a strong human touch. I would highly recommend it to travelers who are looking for an authentic Sahara experience and want to be genuinely well taken care of.

We had just amazing time with Brahim on the tour. The food is fantastic, the tents are very comfortable, the camels were friendly, the itinerary was just great, we really loved every aspect. Brahim is very skilled guide, you can tell he really breathes with the desert. The desert itself is breathtaking, I 10000% recommend spending more than 1 night. If we had more, we would definitely have spent longer than 2 nights. Next time we are definitely going for a multiday trek. Thank you so much, Brahim, it was unforgetable.

This trip was a great experience I can only recommend. Brahim, the organizer and guide, has a team that works very well together and makes sure that the desert trip is an unforgettable experience! From the camel ride to the first camp, the delicious lunch and dinner breaks, to sandboarding or berber music at the campfire, or animal watching, this was a truly magical getaway and taking two days seemed like a better way to experience the desert than the usual, one/half-day offers out there.

It was such an unforgettable experience, connecting with Berber culture and the wild beauty of the Sahara. This 3days tour took us to a really special part of the desert — not only dunes, but also trees, plants, animals, the sun, moon, stars, and wild spirit of the Sahara! My personal highlight was sleeping under the endless sky filled with the moon and stars — something I’d always wanted to do! Even though we had cozy tents, we chose to sleep outside both nights :) They gave us mattresses, so it was surprisingly cozy and peaceful. Around our camp, there were many quiet spots where it was just us and the dunes — no artificial lights, no other camps. It felt like a truly wild and special place! Brahim was such a wonderful and chill guide — super knowledgeable, easygoing, and made everything feel natural and fun. I had an incredible experience on Brahim on his Sahara tour. I will never forget the beauty of the Sahara and the rugged African landscapes in every direction. I can cross camel ridding off of my bucket list! I went as a female solo traveler and always felt very safe and comfortable. The accommodation is very comfortable, with spacious tents and full beds and cozy blankets. You can also choose to set up a futon mattress with your blankets and sleep under the stars which I absolutely recommend if the weather allows it. All of the guides/crew are local Amazigh (Berber) and their hospitality is unmatched. They played the drums for us around the fire every night and even taught us some rhythms. They are very flexible and willing to move the itinerary around for guests preferences, just ask. I learned so much about the history and culture of the desert and Draa Valley region of Morocco. I got to see lots of wild life on our Jeep Safari. There are ostriches, gazelle, oryx, donkeys, camels, and goats all being protected in their desert habitat. We had a great experience over the three days and really appreciated Brahim and the others that guided us. Brahim was welcoming, genuine, accommodating and proud to show off his region. We were met with a heavy winds and a rain shower (yes, in the desert) just before starting so Brahim and his colleagues adapted the plan for comfort and safety. Both camps exceeded our expectations for their comfort. The sleeping tents were spacious with very comfortable beds, electric lights and floor rugs. There was a dining tent (the restaurant) and a shaded shelter at each camp as well as outdoor eating spaces. We could choose where to eat depending on the weather including wind (blowing sand is not fun when you are eating) and heat. We saw eagles, oryx and an ostrich as well as as surprising number of birds. Our highlight, in addition to riding camels, was a hike across the desert, seeing its diverse life up close. All in all this was a truly enjoyable adventure

Our trip through the Moroccan Sahara was an unforgettable adventure - mainly thanks to our wonderful guide Brahim. From the very beginning, he looked after us with a lot of heart and commitment, giving us exciting insights into the desert and the local culture. He also made sure that we felt comfortable and safe at all times. --- Trip --- The trip was very varied: Day 1: We started from Mhamid. We were able to park our rental car at a camp nearby. First we rode camels for about 2 hours through the breathtaking dune landscape to the first camp. After a welcome drink, we explored the surrounding area and were able to take lots of great photos. The sunset was also magnificent. For dinner, we had the typical Moroccan tajin with vegetables and chicken. Very tasty. Together with the other travelers and staff from the camp, there was musical entertainment around the campfire afterwards. Day 2: The next day we explored a section of the desert on foot - an intense, quiet and impressive experience. After about 1 - 2 hours, an off-road vehicle picked us up and we drove through the Moroccan steppe, encountering an ostrich at close range and a huge herd of dromedaries. The second camp was slightly larger and was located deep in the Moroccan desert. Surrounded by sand dunes. The silence and the trickling of the sand were particularly impressive. On arrival, we were still alone in the camp and were served a super hearty lunch of pasta, salads and vegetables. Afterwards, we explored the surrounding area. We had to be very careful here, as the camp was no longer visible after a dune. Brahim took us to the highest dune in the vicinity before dinner. A very overwhelming and respect-inspiring view. Day 3: On the last day, we returned to Mhamid by off-road vehicle after breakfast. --- Accommodation --- The accommodation in the camps was comfortable and lovingly furnished, the transportation went smoothly and we had plenty of opportunities to take great photos. --- Food --- In our opinion, one of the best tajins we ate in Morocco. The portions were generous and very tasty. Even my partner got her money's worth despite her food allergies. --- Conclusion --- If you want to experience the Sahara up close and authentically, we can only warmly recommend this tour - especially with Brahim as your guide!

We feel so lucky having booked the desert tour with Brahim. He is such a nice person to be around. Brahim likes sharing his knowledge about the Berber culture, the desert and the Moroccan life in general. He helped us be a part of the Berber culture for 3 days and not in a touristy, but in a genuine kind of way. Brahim and our 4x4 driver were able to show us many animals like ostriches, donkey and oryx herds. They managed to get us as close as 2 meters, which was just incredible. The camps had such a nice atmosphere and were far away from any roads and the civilization of other camps. We had a variety of authentic and very tasty food, which also met our dietary restrictions (vegetarian) without a problem. The staff was very welcoming and kept looking after us so we had everything we needed. Especially Rachid, with his positive energy, took great care of us and the other visitors in our second camp. We highly recommend staying at least two nights to make sure you can experience life far away from any civilization. This tour is worth every Penny - you support the local people and you get everything you can expect from a desert tour and more!

Brahim took us on our 3 day Berber desert adventure. He is such a beautiful man. His knowledge, humour, kindness and philosophies could teach many of us lifelong lessons. We started out by camel and spent nights is beautiful camps nestled amongst some of the most beautiful landscape that we have ever seen. We can highly recommend that you book Brahim for any of your nature-based Moroccan adventures.

We had a fantastic time on our trip into the Moroccan Sahara with Brahim and his team. The sight of the sand dunes was absolutely spectacular and we had lots of fun exploring and playing in the sand. Looking up at the stars from around the fire at night was truly magical. Brahim is a very knowledgeable guide and always on hand to answer any questions we had about our surroundings. The food also deserves a mention as it was fantastic and plentiful with tea and snacks in between meals as well. Brahim and his team were also able to cater to our vegetarian and vegan dietary requirements and the meals were all restaurant standard or better!

This experience was truly unforgettable, from the food to the dunes to the accommodation! everything was spectacular we felt so welcomed and taken care of during our trip to the Sahara desert and WOW what a beautiful place it was! I did a Sahara desert tour to Erg Chegaga, not so far from Brahim’s home in Zagora. What makes the whole experience really special is that Brahim comes from generations of Berber and Amazigh culture, so the tour is as authentic as it can get. Highlights for me were sand boarding, camel riding, star gazing and the amazing Tajine from the camp chef. For the price, I think it is great value and a must-do for anyone visiting Morocco.

An amazing experience! We went three days and two nights into the desert. Brahim made sure we had everything taken care of and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. This trip was everything you would want in a Sahara adventure. We rode on camels, we went sandboarding, we slept under the stars, we hiked in the sand dunes, we had some amazing sunsets, and geat food. There was even some Berber magic. If you are a thrill seeker and are looking for a unique desert experience, this is the trip for you. Brahim will make sure you enjoy yourself and get the true Sahara desert experience. If you come to Morocco and are planning to visit the Sahara desert then this is your way. I've been warned many times about the scams occurring in Marrakech in which they take you to other parts of the desert which are not as special and amazing to where Brahim guides you. The whole thing was perfect: having lunch in a local Berber family house and sharing their culture the first day, riding with the camels through the desert to the first camp, sleeping under the stars, sandboarding, campfire, traditional music, sunset and sunrise on the huge sand dunes and much more. Both of the camps are really nice and can meet up your needs. Comfortable beds, showers, toilets and restaurant tent were available. Brahim is a great guide with lots of knowledge and patience which makes it a great person to organize this experience. Anything you need, you just ask him and he'll try to solve it for you. As well he could adapt the trip itinerary or details if you ask in advance. Typical meals were included and served which I appreciated very much. The camps are big enough for you to walk aroung or choose to be by yourself of you want to. I shared my trip with a Canadian fellow and a French couple and had a great time with all of them! I definitely recommend this experience to everyone: solo travelers, couples or families. You will love this trip and the incredible Sahara Desert energy.

I recommend this trip to all those who want to see untouched nature and really immerse themselves in Moroccan (amazigh) culture away from tourist places! There is a lot to discover around Zagora and with Brahim you have the best guide in the region at your side! He takes such good care of you, is a very pleasant person, he is good at communicating and can answer all your questions for sure! I did the 2 day trip to the Zagora desert. We started with an adventurous bike ride and then I continued on a camel. When I arrived at the bivouac, I got tea, watched the sunset and later in the evening I got a delicious meal (salat, tajine and fruits). The nights there are incredibly beautiful - silence and a sky full of stars (you can sleep outside under the stars or in the bivouac)! It was a unique, adventurous and beautiful experience!

We had an awesome time & trip with Brahim! Brahim is a great & certificated tour guide and we had perfect 3 days and 2 nights in the Sahara desert together. First, we met in Zagora at his house and had a warm welcoming. We met his family and had a very tasty & traditional lunch together. Afterward, we started our way to the desert. After 1,5 hours driving, we hopped on camels and enjoyed the ride for 2 hours in the dunes, sunset and to our camp for the first night. We had a decent & fresh dinner - he made an extra Stopp to get some camel meet for the tajine - and then we slept first outside under the stars and later in the very cosy tents. The second day, we starters after breakfast to a nomad camp and had a tea with the people living there together. Afterwards, we drove to our camp, chilled during the day, enjoying fresh food and waiting for the sun to get little less hot. Then, we did some Sandboaeding and walked up the dunes to have a perfect sunset right on top of the sand-dunes! The night fished off with a tasty dinner, a camp fire and traditional Berber music by the camp guys & Brahim. The last day started with a nice view on the sunrise sitting on the dunes, tasty breakfast (omelette, fruits, bread, jam) and the drive home. All in all a perfect desert experience far off all tourist-tracks with awesome views, great food, a night unter the stars and a perfect guide. Thank you very much, Brahim!!

We had a wonderful time in the desert at 2 different camps with Brahim. He was an excellent host and guide. Picked us up at the airport and had a family lunch prepared by his wife. The food was delicious at the camps and tents comfortable. It was incredible being in the serenity of the desert. With no worries. We were taken care of well and got the best of all worlds with camel ride in then keep rides after with stops along the way. Thank you Brahim a wonderful memory

Fabulous experience!!! Our guide Brahim and his staff gave us the complete package of everything you want from a once in a lifetime visit to the Sahara. The 8 of us were picked up in Marrakech in a modern minibus for our 3 night adventure with plenty of sight seeing stops along the way. He was extremely accommodating with any special requests we had and answered all the questions we asked with a vast knowledge of this environment. Each day was unique with one stay in an old Kasbah and two nights at different luxury camps nestled in the dunes. All the fabulous meals were included and we were able to participate in local traditional music nights. Once we were off the paved road we had the opportunity to ride camels and/or 4WD across the desert and of course there was sand boarding down the big dunes. On the way back to civilization my wife fulfilled a life long dream of purchasing a Berber carpet in a small village and had it delivered to Canada within 2 weeks. This is definitely one of the best trips, we as world travellers, have ever taken!

WHAT AN AMAZING ADVENTURE!! Brahim and his team were incredible hosts through the Sahara desert. Our large group (8 people) enjoyed this trip over the 2022 Christmas holidays and it was everyone's highlight! Brahim was incredibly accommodating and informative with the environment. The live music on Christmas around a campfire in the desert was 10/10.. Hes got some pretty great magic tricks and challenging riddles to make the time along the drive go quickly. The scenery speaks for itself but what made Brahim's adventures unique and unforgettable was the food and the people. Dał nam dużo przestrzeni i czasu, abyśmy mogli cieszyć się nią bez pośpiechu. Wybraliśmy się na 3-dniową wycieczkę i był to doskonały wybór, ponieważ mogliśmy naprawdę cieszyć się czasem spędzonym na pustyni. Pojechaliśmy w małej grupie i nie spotkaliśmy wielu turystów, co sprawiło, że doświadczenie było bardziej autentyczne! Obozy, w których mieszkaliśmy, były piękne i zadbane, a atmosfera niczym z filmu. Berberowie pracujący w obozach byli bardzo przyjaźni i serwowali nam pyszne posiłki. Cena, którą zapłaciliśmy, wydawała się wręcz nieadekwatna do wrażeń, jakie otrzymaliśmy. Gorąco polecam tę wycieczkę, jeśli chcecie doświadczyć autentycznej pustyni ! Bardzo dziękuję! Great experience! We are really delighted with these 3 days / 2 nights in the Moroccan desert. Thanks to Brahim for accompanying us in the discovery of these magnificent landscapes, which we explored on a camel and in 4x4. Three days out of time, in an almost absolute calm, the desert as far as the eye can see... We had the chance to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets in the dunes of the Sahara, to run down the sandy slopes (beware Brahim runs fast;) ) or snowboard, to the delight of the children, to enjoy delicious local meals in the tent and live an evening of traditional music around a campfire. The welcome is really friendly. Beyond sharing the Berber culture, Brahim showed the children a traditional nomadic game (away from tablets), a game that they will definitely do again! The tents for the night were simple but very comfortable – what a surprise to find real beds in the desert! We have great memories of our trip to Morocco (and 1 ton of photos), this desert trek was really an inseparable part of our trip. To do absolutely!

In March 2025 I visited the Sahara with my girlfriend. Hiring Brahim as a guide was a great decision. Brahim organized a taxi from Mhamid to the starting point for us at quite short notice and accompanied us the entire time since. We started around 4pm with a 2h camel ride to the first desert camp. There, a fancy tent awaited us, with clean paramedic facilities and very delicious food. The staff on site were friendly and respectful. In the evening there was music with a hands-on chance. On the second day we continued with a car, a small safari tour with lots of information and spectacular scenery. Finally we arrived at the second camp in Erg Chegaga. There it was again very pleasant with delicious lunch & dinner. Both camps had a chilled tea tent and boards for sandboarding. In the evening Brahim took us to the largest dune to view the landscape and the sunset. The next day we went back to the starting point, we arrived at around 12 noon. Overall, we felt very well looked after with Brahim. We learned a lot about the culture of the Berbers, The Sahara and his life story. He was able to answer all our questions in English. It was a wonderful experience and recommended it to others.

The tour was really fantastic! I was in a sandy desert for the first time and was able to make some wonderful memories through the tour. Especially the tour guide and all the staff at the camps were super friendly and provided us with delicious food. An adventure I will tell you about many times and would certainly do again!

We were first invited to Brahim's home in Zagora for a home-cooked lunch together with his family and the rest of the group. The first trip on a camel was very nice. Beautiful and very interesting animals! Both camps were extremely comfortable. Brahim told us a lot about Amazigh history around the campfire. The food was excellent. The second day we drove the jeep through the plains past nomadic settlements and nature parks. Upon arrival at the second camp, the immense dunes awaited us! After lunch we spent the entire afternoon in the sand sandboarding and enjoying a beautiful sunset. A unique experience! Thanks Brahim

Magnificent 3-day getaway in the Moroccan desert with Brahim and his colleagues. Brahim took good care of us and did everything to make the experience unforgettable. This little getaway contains all the elements for a first contact with the Moroccan desert and will make you want to delve deeper. For those who are sensitive, it is better not to do it in summer because it was really hot. But even with the heat, it was still incredibly beautiful and we were able to sleep under the stars both nights. We will surely come back! Thank you Brahim and Omar.

Four unforgettable days we hiked through the Sahara with Brahim and were accompanied by his great team: It ensured that our tents were already waiting for us every evening when we arrived tired at the camp; that there was excellent and freshly prepared food three times a day and that our luggage walked with us on the back of dromedaries. Brahim was a prudent and competent guide who knows the desert like his pocket of the vest and who clearly wanted to introduce us to Berber culture and lifestyle. So there was an evening of songs from the Sahara accompanied by empty water canisters that served as drums; another time "pain de sable", bread baked on glowing charcoal embedded in desert sand - and in between stories, explanations and information. A big thank you to Brahim and his men for their warmth and hospitality! We have learned to love the desert - and will come back, Inshallah!

What a fantastic experience! As was picked up by Brahim at our hotel in Marrakech, then we took the minibus across the Atlas Mountains to Foum Zguid. Here we spent the night in a beautiful, authentic riad and had the opportunity to get to know Brahim better. An extremely nice and competent desert guide! The next morning we went deeper into the Sahara in jeeps, here we were abandoned and we continued on foot. Over the following four days we hiked with Brahim across the desert, dunes, dried-up riverbeds, miles of emptiness, stone floor and dunes again alternating. It never got boring. Brahim always showed us the peculiarities, explained the landscape and interpreted animal vehicles. We were well looked after and cooked by his team, we were very impressed what is served with simple means in the middle of the Sahara. We had a wonderful and educational time with Brahim, which I remember very fondly! I can recommend a trip through the desert with him to anyone!

I made the trip with my husband. Short version: We are very pleased and it was a cool experience. We were picked up in Marrakesh and spent a night in an oasis. On the following day, a piece of jeeps was covered, after which the luggage was loaded onto dromedaries and we walked into the desert. The four daily stages are about 11/22/22/6 km. Although the walking pace within our group was very different, Brahim guided us all well through the desert and also took sufficient breaks. He was able to give us a lot of information about animal tracks and plants we passed. He was also happy to explain the constellations that could be seen in the sky at night. At this point a big thank you again!:) The first night in the desert we spent in a permanently installed camp. There you should definitely try sand boarding or at least sledging if possible. The snowboards there aren’t quite intact anymore, but still work well and that’s really fun. The following two nights we slept in mobile tents. The food was really good throughout the hike. It's impressive what the cooking team set up in the middle of the desert. Vegetarian was possible without any problems.

The total length of the 60 km long march led through various regions of the desert (green desert, sand desert, boulder desert), you could climb imposing dunes, experience the vastness and silence of the Sahara and marvel at an incredible starry sky at night. Getting around on foot slowed down the mind and allowed an intense experience of the environment with all your senses. Excellent food and very reliable, knowledgeable and helpful support from the guide Brahim and the team were always guaranteed, pleasant the hardly mass-touistic flair. Sand in the shoe can significantly cloud the enjoyment, which is why hiking boots that go well over the ankle are recommended.

It was a great trekking tour through the Sahara. We were accompanied by Brahim and his team. We were perfectly looked after. The food was excellent and also very varied for vegetarians!! I'll remember this great time for a long time. Thank you Brahim and team !
