David was a wonderful tour guide. We enjoyed the tour immensely and learned a lot about the history of the city.

Situated near the old city of Zadar, it is a beautiful beach with pebbled shore and scenic beauty, Kolovare is one of the most beautiful beaches in Zadar, very popular for local people. During the ride we will visit of of the Arbanasi - one of most populated residential part of the city with traditional Dalmatian architecture and way of living. Short stop possible if needed
The Land City Gates date from Venetian times and were built in 1543. It leads through the city walls into old town Zadar.
Why do we love Basketball so much; where we play it; and who was the best player ever - you could find out from our local guides that will show you why are we so passionate about it
Drive along the Coast of Duke Trpimir and Zadar marina towards the Old Town.
The stories about the Zadar Sphinx, and the treasure buried under it, were the inspiration for numerous fantasies by generations of Zadar citizens.
Local markets are always fun to visit. This farmers market is compact so you won't find souvenirs here but what you will find local made fresh food and some delicates product that you bring home with you
The Barkajoli are traditional boatmen, whose history dates back to the 14th century. According to some, the tradition is as old as the city itself as people always needed to get to the “mainland.” For generations, this noble profession has been passed down from father to son, preserving not just a family legacy but also an essential aspect of Zadar’s communal life.
The Sea Organ has become a modern icon of the city – this is a unique architectural miracle recently built in the underwater part of the city quay. The currents of waves and their passage through musical pipes installed beneath the surface of the sea create an amazing sound, the so-called sea music, filling the large space of the seaside promenade.
he Greeting to the Sun consists of three hundred multilayer glass plates installed at the same level as the stone paving of the quay in the shape of a circle 22 meters in diameter. It is conceived as a spatial installation in the shape of an amphitheater surrounded by stone blocks with a presentation of all Solar System planets and their orbits.
Ancient Forum, constructed between the 1st century BC and the 3rd century AD. As in Roman times, it's the centre of civic and religious life, with St Donatus' Church dominating one side of it.

Excellent tour with informative guide. Good value for money! Zadar is an interesting place to visit. Highly recommend.
Informative easy ride around Zadar. Booking was easy and great communication from the Eco Tuk Tuk team on the day about where/when to meet (as our driver was ready a little earlier than planned). The Tuk Tuks seat 4 so we ended up sharing with another couple from our cruise ship. Our drive was Luca and very good.
We absolutely loved the Tuk Tuk tour! Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience so enjoyable. It was the perfect way to see Zadar without having to do a lot of walking. The Sea Organ was definitely the highlight of the tour- it was such a unique experience. We highly recommend this excursion!
Great Tuk Tuk tour by Joseph! He was a great driver through the city and gave us plenty of time to stop and hear about the hidden gems. Beautiful day and well worth the tour
David was our amazing guide and we had a wonderful time. He was informative and we enjoyed his knowledge. Would definitely recommend this tour! 😊
Luka picked us up in a very convenient location to our apartment in old Town. He is a local, very knowledgeable about Zadar, showed us a few off the beaten path spots. The vehicle was brand new and super nice. Would recommend this tour for a nice overview of Zadar.
The tuk tuk tour of Zadar was a great experience. We were able to see parts of Zadar we would not have been able to walk to. The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour.
Ivan was my guide and he was super personable and explained the history so well. We just had great conversation in general. I liked the tuk tuk tour because it felt like an up close and personal tour of Zadar; you could see, taste and smell everything. He also made time to take pictures and see the Roman ruins up close. I would definitely book again.
Great way to see the highlights of the area. Comfortable ride with friendly driver, gave us lots of interesting facts about the history and people of Zadar. We enjoyed it and recommend this tour for a fun outdoor experience.
Lawrence was a great guide around town, we saw the surrounding areas as well and learned quite a bit.
Loved his energy and passion. Life-long Zadar resident that knows the city very well. Was extremely accommodating to a couple of our needs. We highly recommend.
This was a fun shore excursion off of a cruise ship. Prompt pick up, easy to locate at the pier. Our driver was very pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. It gave us a perfect taste of this lovely vacation town. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Our guide was prompt, personable. He checked with us for sites we’d already seen, and took us all over the island to spots we never would have seen from our ship’s tour- even the Sphinx! He was a local- explaining everything from the economy to history.
arrangements were good, and the actual tour was amazing. Our guide, David, was excellent – very knowledgeable and providing interesting commentary
Zlatko was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and proud of his home town and was very friendly. Would recommend if you are interested in learning a little of the town and countries heritage.
A great experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable.
Luca did a wonderful job showing us the highlights of Zadar. The tul tuk was quiet enough that we could enjoy our time listening to his explanations and carry-on conversation with our travel partners. We highly recommend.
Very informative and a lot of fun. Got to hear the Sea Organ, see the monument to the sun and youred the city
Very expensive for 1.5 hrs. Not much to see to make the trip any longer. You can do the old town on foot
Beat the crowds, go to the real Zadar. Interesting and fun. See where real people live, not only the tourist sites.
My wife and I had a great tour. We loved the electric vehicles and the whole experience era fence was very fun.
Rocco was our guide. Wonderful information about the beautiful city of Zadar. Very informative and loved his stories.
Great way to see Zadar. Our driver was informed and funny. It was a good quick way to see the city. Highly recommended.
A fabulous tour. Made even more special by our tour guide Toko. (Not sure I spelled his name correctly so please forgive me! ) It was very special due to the fact there were only four of us which allowed us to ask questions specifically I’ve interest to members of the group. There was plenty of time to stop take photos, mingle a little, which is always fun. Get to know the tour guide and see some of the most beautiful country we’ve ever seen. I would consistently book with this company if they were available in any of the destinations that we are planning to see the idea of being able to build a relationship with someone Period of time is rather important because it is a minimal amount of the day as dedicated just to the tour These are likes at least by us that you can’t get when you’re on a big bus with 40 people and one little tour guide half the time you can hear what they’re saying figure out what they’re pointing to and any of the other important information that you’d like to know Again, best for ever! Our driver was Simon and he was very informative and shared a lot about Zadar with us as he grew up there. He was very nice and even took some photos of us.
Thoroughly enjoyable way to see Zadar, our driver was very informative and chatty, polite, friendly. He gave us lots of information in relation to the sights we visited and the Sea Pipes were wonderful - could have sat and listened to them for hours
My friend and I had an excellent tour around Zadar with Luka. He was very knowledgeable and told us some places to go to eat. Would definitely recommend the Tuk Tuk tour. They also picked us up from the cruise terminal. Amazing thank you!
Our driver did a nice job showing us parts of Zadar that we would not have otherwise seen. They were easy to work with and recommended places we should see before leaving Zadar.
We arrived 15 minutes early and our driver/guide was ready to go. He was very personable and charming. We stopped at all the highlights for as little or long as we liked. Really excellent. Thoroughly recommend this tou.
In the blistering heat of midday summer, a Tuk-Tuk is the only way to travel in Zadar. Great views of the city this way and gives you a sense of the geography of the place. Plus some kooky surprises which I won't spoil.
Lawrence was very good. Friendly and willing to be flexible. Great way to see the city. Recommending doing this upon arrival then up back to see places in more detail.
We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the lovely city of Zada on a tuk tuk. Luca, our guide, took us to places where buses could never access. Plus, it was a very hot day, so it was nice to sit back in the tuk tuk and relax instead of walking all over town. Luka was very knowledgeable in the city’s history and culture. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and highly recommend it.
Tour operator was communicative but unfortunately the email went to spam folder and I didn't see the change to.the pick up point until we already took a taxi to the Port Authority. Joseph was very informative, pleasant and a good driver. Overall enjoyed our tour of Zadar.
Rocco and David our guides were fantastic Very outgoing and full of knowledge They made our experience a great highlight to our holiday Highly recommend
The location for pickup given in the Viator App is incorrect. The correct position is 44.09129 N 15.25942 E. We could easily have missed our Tuk Tuk have we not used our inititive and found the correct location. Please amand your App to show correct location for pickup. Other than that the tour was excellent with an informative guuide who spoke good English.
Tour guide was 30 min late and then spent 1 hour showing things superficially I could learn more from the internet or ChatGPT We made 3 stops and as many as as advertised
Fabulous trip. Well worth the money and saw a lot of Zadar. Highly recommend this activity. Thankyou
Our local guide, Roko, shared his knowledge and enthusiasm for his home city. He showed us all the important spots in Zadar.
The tour was great! Our guide Luca was super friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The tuk tuk was very clean and the seats comfortable.
We love going on a Tuk Tuk tour! The local knowledge was amazing. When you only have a few hours, it’s the way to go!
Booked in the morning for trip the same day. Picked up at the hotel (Kolovare), very nice driver, told a lot about Zadar. We have seen a lot, made stops at very beautiful places. Time for drink something at the view point. We made nice pictures, we enjoyed it!!
Our driver Roko was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the city and very genuine in sharing his love of Zadar on our tour!
This was an excellent way to see the whole city of Zadar. They were extremely accommodating and met us at the port terminal. They had an infant seat all ready for our 8 month old granddaughter. David was very knowledgeable and gave us the history of the city.
Roco was an amazing tour guide. By far the best. Tour was great, we even stopped for a pastry and Espresso. The Sphinx story was lovely and the guide spoke perfect English
We had a great experience on this tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we made a number of stops along the way where he explained in more details some of the cultural and historic facts of the stop. We had to change our time of the tour as our cruise ship docked later than planned and were able to do this via WhatsApp. We were picked up and dropped off at the port which made this an exceptional easy option for any cruise ship passenger who has limited time at the port. We stopped at a local supermarket and where offered drinks (water, soft drinks tea & coffee) which was great. and all included in the price. There is lots to see in Zadar and this mode of transport gave us an opportunity to see and stop at all the main points of interest. We also didn't need to join the long queue for the ship shuttle bus back to the port as the driver dropped us back there as we had arranged when booking (no extra charge).
Rock was our tour guide on the Tuk Tuk adventure! We learned a lot about Zadar and its rich history. Make sure to ask for Roco!
Antonio was an OUTSTANDING tour guide. You can hear his love of his city by his excitement on explaining the history of this beautiful city. He was a well mannered young man. He took his time with us and made us very comfortable. He is the Hidden Gem of Zadar. Take this tour with Antonio if you can.
Great guide he was very informative and took us all over from west to east neighborhoods and all around the walled city. Saw things we would not have seen by ourselves
Tuk Tuk tours are great! Luka was our guide he was very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend! Zadar is a small city with a lot of history.
