This is an appartment, not a hotel. But that is fully ok. Check-In is done remotely. We paid the tourist tax and got the code to enter the building, which is located on the backyard of the building. And we also received the vode for the key safe. The appartment is large enough, has a good air conditioning, is clean and the bed is comfortable. The mini fridge was either defective or we didn't find the way to turn it on. Some parts of the furniture needs some work to be done. One of the drawers of the bedside table misses a knob to open it. The handle of the window is loose and you have to take care not to dislocate it. The shower window should he changed to milk glass, because you not only can see the other showering, but also on the toilet. The location of the appartment is great with a view onto the roman forum. Don't forget ear plugs, because it can get noisy at the evenings, especially on weekends. The breakfast is served in the Restaurant Heritage, which is great and a 5 minute walk. We liked our stay and can recommend it.

Sad to say that even if I try hard I can’t say anything good about the place except it’s location and the outsourced breakfast. The bathroom flush is weak and doesn’t work well. The bathroom is also transparent thus not ideal for people with old values. The so-called 4 star residence has a broken mug and only two coffees were found for two guests for 3 nights! We stayed in three places over 10 days in Zadar. I would highly recommend Kai Apartments or Destino City apartments. The latter one is across the river, it is very clean with kitchen facilities. Tinel doesn’t even have a garbage bin in the room! I always try to focus on positive things but other than location I can’t see anything positive in this place.
Amazing apartment very comfortable and modern. Excellent communication. Highly recommend
From Zadar airport I ordered a shuttle bus to the apartment for 27 euro. The driver was nice and friendly. On reaching the apartment, I was greeted by Nina who showed the room and explained and outlined were the best places to visit and go in Zadar. This apartment is in an ideal location, 5 minutes walk to the Sea Organ and Greetings to the Sun. It’s 2 minutes walk to the pier which is great for relaxing and sun tanning and also walking along the coast towards to the Sea Organ. It’s also 2 minutes walk to the Roman Forum which is nice for photos and also the start of the main town for shops and restaurants. The restaurant for the apartment is less than 10 minutes walk which is actually nice to get you out early in the morning. The food was nice and Nina again was very helpful. Would recommend this if staying in Zadar for a short period and you want to be close to the action. Bear in mind, because it’s so close to the main square (i.e. Roman Forum), if there is an event on, it can be a little noisy. Also if you are planning on renting a car, it’s very difficult to get a car space very close to the apartment. Although there is parking approximately 10-15 minutes away but you can only pay for 3 hours at a time.
We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel is located next to the sea and in the old town. The room is very clean and has all the necessary utilities. But what really caught my heart was one of the owners Boris and the restaurant! Boris is very sweet, friendly and nice! The food in the restaurant is also very delicious, the fish is fresh from the morning and you taste it right away. This was by far the best place we've stayed at in Croatia! If I could, I would give 10 stars! Much love from Yannick and Anouchka!
