We stayed at this hotel in Zadar for three nights and had a super experience overall. The location is just excellent and is its huge selling point. Right in the heart of the old town - near everything within walking distance that old town has to offer, yet the area remains quiet at night. Old town its self has very little traffic apart from the peripheries. The hotel is a modern twist of quaint and old style decoration. We had two bay windows in Rialto on the first floor. Room was comfortable and spacious as a convertible double or twin room. Good clean air conditioning ( so important in summer) decently sized shower and immaculately clean room. Room had a small fridge sufficient for drinks, and also an elevator to get to the higher floors. The hotel is PIN code entry with no physical staff which may not suit everyone. Everything is done through whatsapp. Anything we requested we got it.

I don't like to give low reviews, but this place really felt like false advertising. It just simply is not a 4-star experience. Pros: The location was wonderful in the heart of Zadar Old City. Cons: - Our room had no windows. The only light that got in was from the frosted half-window at the doors of the room. They tell me that other rooms on upper floors have windows, but 1/5 of the rooms does not. - There is no concierge to meet you. You have to call a number, and they tell you where to find the key. It all worked out OK because they did answer the phone and we did find the key, but it does mean that there is no one around to ask questions, get tips on what to do in Zadar. - There was no room cleaning, and no one there in person to ask for even new towels. - There is also no parking, and we only found public overnight parking that was 15-minutes from the hotel. In the end, we still had a good time in Zadar, but this hotel did not meet my expectations.
We stayed at this hotel in Zadar for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, yet the area remains peaceful and quiet. The hotel is small and cozy, with beautifully decorated rooms. The air conditioning, shower, and other facilities worked perfectly, and the small fridge was sufficient for storing a couple of bottles of drinks. However, there were a few downsides. There was no staff available in person, which made communication challenging. Additionally, we received conflicting information about the checkout time, with emails stating either 10 AM or 11 AM, and the cleaning staff arrived at our door at 9:50 AM before we had checked out. Lastly, as far as I know, there was no luggage storage available, which was inconvenient when we were leaving. Despite the few issues, the hotel’s great location and cozy atmosphere made for a mostly enjoyable stay.
This is not a hotel, it's a pricy airbnb. No reception service and in 2 out of 5 days we didn't get any fresh towels or room cleaning . Apparently because one person was sick and there were no alternatives managed. The location is great but everything else was way below expectations. Hence two stars.
Interior is beautiful & modern. The shower had color changing lights, convenient storage in room, mini fridge, body size mirror, bidet, towel warmer & more. Claudia and staff were amazing. Didn’t like the first room that had no windows or convenient bench in room, so we switched & staff was helpful. Great area near restaurants, bar, waterbus, boardwalk.
