This is a great experience to travel with Xentour. The arrangement and service are excellent, especially the guide Olegario is very helpful and cheerful. We ask him to recommend some brands of chilli oils and Mexican coffee and he stops us in nearby supermarket and explains item by item to us. The Rio Lagartos is perfect but I regret not to bring a longer lense to shoot the pink flamingos. Pink lake in Las Coloradas is really interesing and perfect for photo-shooting. The Cenote is a surprise, private one and very beautiful. Strongly recommend to join this tour through Xentour Mx.

It was a unforgettable memories for me. The boat tour was amazing! I saw framingos, burds, crocodiles...and Maya spa was fun! Also The pink lake was soooo beautiful! But you need a lack to see beautiful pink lake cuz at least it needs sun. The cenote was also good. My experience was super good, but it can be not super good cuz it depends on luck, such as whether you can encounter animals or whether the weather is good. But I recommend this tour.
Excellent experience, quality service, fun and enriching moments, enjoyed getting to know new places and with adequate, oriented and respectful accompaniment.
Thanks to Micaias, my parents and I had such an amazing time. We booked the tour the day before - but got a super fast message from him (and he speaks English). The tour itself was great - we were able to see Flamingos at Rio Lagartos, were able to see the pink lake and visited a Cenote which was not crowded. During the whole tour, he made sure that we are ok and was so kind to take group pictures as well. It was not a super cheap day but especially for my parents, it was a nice day to get around. Overall, highly recommended!
Our driver to Los Lagartos was fabulous, so friendly and I appreciated that he could speak English, and he helped me work on my Spanish. You’re very nice, young man, and such a gentleman.
We thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip at Rio Lagartos. We saw many different species of birds but the most exciting facet was seeing the pink flamingos! They are magnificent! Also saw a few crocs that appeared quite docile, but some were swimming so we knew they were real. The pink seas at Los Coloradas were very interesting. We didn’t do the tour but just watched an interesting video at the centre. The buffet at Hubiku was enjoyable. We thought it was all-inclusive and were quite surprised when we were given a bill for the beer. Be aware. The cenote was cool to see (as well as the water being quite cool). Sorta felt the whole area was touristy though. Our driver was courteous and polite. He navigated the roads well, especially the potholes! It was an enjoyable day!
The experience in Rio Lagartos was very beautiful. The boat tour was very pleasant and we were able to enjoy the landscapes and see the flamingos in their natural habitat. The place is quiet and has incredible landscapes. The tour was very well organized and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the entire trip. It was a different and very beautiful experience to get to know another part of Yucatan. Without a doubt I recommend it, especially if you like nature and discovering new places.
Our guide Micaias was super! Very kind and helpful. If I really have to find a fault with the tour: the price. Considering that the 120€ (x 2 people) includes only transport, it is a bit expensive compared to the average. For the rest, we were very comfortable with our guide.
Our departure was punctual and we were picked up at our hotel. It was beautiful our experience, we had the opportunity to see a little bit of everything. Our olegario driver was very friendly at all times, helped us and explained the places. Thank you very much.
I had a great time with my boyfriend. We were given the information in advance about our departure time and additional payments. Very good service. We loved it.
First class service, although it is a collective service they manage small groups with a personalized service. All very well.
They were attentive and very kind to my family. We were always informed of the prices to pay at each place we visited and went in a group of 5 people nothing else.
A very beautiful day, the luxury service can be noticed the good organization and excellent service that offer clean and comfortable vehicle and super friendly and attentive driver. We visited 3 places, we visited Río Lagartos magical place observed flamingos, crocodiles and more.. Las Coloradas a bit expensive, not obligatory entry but we still decided to enter and cenote with very delicious food.
It was an amazing day, it was worth waking up early to get to each place in good time. We enjoyed the boat tour, the most beautiful part is seeing the pink flamingos. In the coloradas we pay admission for the tour, the view from the viewpoint is impressive. Our last stop was a semi open cenote, we tried a little bit of everything in the restaurant. It was a long trip but everything super good, our driver was very friendly was helping us and explaining at each stop.
The whole tour was amazing, I was speechless. And the 10/10 service was attentive throughout the transfer, informing me and teaching me Maya.
The accompanying driver, Maca, was great; very friendly. The visit to the Ria Lizard Reserve by boat was wonderful; I highly recommend it. Las Coloradas, on a rainy day as it was, does not allow to see the colors as it would have been with sun. The ticket price seems abusive (around 17 euros), to climb a tower and walk a short way. I also have the experience of seeing in Spain the Salt Flats of San Pedro del Pinatar totally free (and I do not want to say that they do not charge something). I have set up a tinglado in the entrance that does not correspond to what you see "walking"; I do not know what the truck safari will be like. The cenote was very good, totally touristic but good: good bathrooms and dressing rooms, stairs with easy access; the food in the restaurant well with firm to choose various dishes.
We had a great tour and saw a lot. We were impressed. We also had a nice guide. We learned a lot from him and felt comfortable.
