Private Transportation To/from Merida International Airport

The company cancelled our airport transfer à day in advance. We had to find alternate transportation with short notice.

Paid service and they never showed up to pick us up and made it very difficult for us because wasn’t expecting that. We had to pay additional for other service to get to our destination

This was the worst transportation company to use!!! Never showed up to pick us up at the airport. Tired to call them and text no response!! Had to order an Uber after a long travel day from Texas to come get us at 10:00pm. After waiting an hour and half for our booked and confirmed appointment for transportation.

Very satisfied with the service provided - Abraham was very punctual, personable and cared about our safety. Would definitely use these services again if I return to Mérida!

Be ready for the driver. The driver was a great and polite . He stopped for two old ladies trying to cross the street. That was very kind of him.

Cancelled the evening before the transfer with no alternativ given. Transfer from Merida airport then became complicated.

Great communication back and forth we had delays and they were there right on time also learned a lot about the city on our ride to the hotel.

Excepcional service! We reserved a ride from the airport to our Airbnb earlier in the day. Our plane was 3 hours late and our driver was informed and waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He offered to stop on the way for whatever we needed. He helped us find an ATM and some late night tacos, before finding our place. Carlos was our driver and he was excellent.

I have used this service so many times. I love that they are waiting for me at the airport with my name on a sign. My driver was kind and patient as they always are. The driver who picked me up communicated with me as he was on his way at 5:30 in the morning for my return flight. I often travel alone and I always feel safe. I have come to see Viator as my friends who pick me up!!

They did not come to the airport. I wanted for 45 minutes per their instructions. Chatted with your center and still no response from the driver. I will be requesting a refund.

I decided to go with this transport company based on the great reviews but I'm not one. The pickup was fine - but now it's the day before I leave and I'm finding out that the $48 fair that I thought was for round trip (because it said so!) is only one way. So with a tip I paid it $55 for a one way ride that Uber charges $8 for. When I contacted them they said they could possible pick me up for $40. Getting "picked up" by them once was enough! Not again.

If you don't have a free shuttle from your hotel to take you to Merida Airport. This is a great alternative.We booked through Viator. Bilingual driver was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions.

The transport was great on arrival 2/18/26 but next transport departure 2/22/26 was delayed by 30min. And needed to cancel and get refund. We are still waiting for our refund. We have to catch a connection flight and cannot be delayed on a long travel day.

Overall experience was good. They had a last minute change and suddenly our private transfer got changes to be shared with more people. Company offered a 20%off the we took or the other option was to get a full refund and miss the transfer not the ideal thing to do. Driver Javier was great! Please follow up on the discount offered. I used this service for an airport transfer to a private home in Merida. It was easy to schedule, the driver was on time and a great communicator.

Not a very good one, vehicle provided was not what was requested, to small & not in working condition, makinging us late to our event. Told there would be a refund by manager, but had no response. Can you please keep me posted. Thank you.

Exceptional service from start to finish! The communication was great, and the customer service was amazing. Despite our flight delays, the company sent several updates, and our driver was waiting patiently. He truly went above and beyond, assisting us with the ATM, confirming we were at the correct villa, and even using his phone's flashlight to help us find our keys. Highly recommended!

This location is hard to find. We had to drive around a little but Oscar was just wonderful. When we did find the house, he helped me with the unfamiliar locks and got me safely inside. I had to give him a tip AND a hug.

Our experience was amazing. We had a delay in the flight schedule and it was easy to reschedule the pick up. When we arrived Javier was there as planned waiting for is with a sign. Javier was very personable and comical guy. My family really enjoyed his company. Also we had a lot of bags which was no problem at all. We got dropped of and it was like a friend was leaving us. I got Javier's card so if we need a ride again, I would definitely make the request for him to take us on that trip.

Javier was prompt & courteous picking us up from Merida International Airport 22 March and from Gamma Fiesta hotel downtown 29 March. He was a good driver, helped with our luggage, and spoke English well.. Has a fun personality.
