I was told there was one only route the other was not going to be honored because of construction going on on south. It was barely 45 min and we were drop off at the same place I accessed it initially!…. I found out it’s was more economic to purchase the ticket on board there was a difference of 4 dollars cheaper. Thank you

The tour was only done in Spanish! I speak some Spanish, but not fluent. I missed a lot of details important to the history of Mérida.
Please know that this is not a hop on hop off tour. You ride the bus through town (we started at the Cathedral) and a recording in Spanish explains the sites. You arrive back to where you start. Description states there are 2 separate routes, when asked the difference between the routes, we were told it is the same route but the 2nd time is without going a los barrios, for the cost, you get what you pay for.
Guided tour was Spanish only. People were great and the overview of the city was surprising. There are many sides to this city and we were happily exposed to a few of them on this tour. Don't miss this on your visit
Complete misinformation on timing and pick up. We cancelled it after over an hour wait. Cancelled via Viator. Then much later saw the bus- got on and paid through local company. Much less! But still would not recommend-
This was a great way to see the city so we knew where we wanted to go back and visit. We had limited time so we did this the first day of our trip.
I did the outer neighborhoods tour. The route was good, and the bus was open and covered, which was nice. HOWEVER, the recording describing what you are seeing was so loud it gave me a raging headache.
Very bad experience! The bus got a flat tire and we had to get off the bus several blocks away from the stop at Paseo 60 and walk back. They did not reimburse the cost of the tickets and neither offer transportation back to the bus stop! Shame!
This tour is a good way to see different parts of the city. It is in Spanish (which we knew when booking) so unfortunately we didn’t understand a lot of the audio, but if you followed the route on Google maps you could get the gist of it. We did both routes, each takes about 1.5 hrs, and to clarify, it is not a hop on, hop off bus. You board the bus in front of Catedral de San Ildefonso. There is a ticket person and he was very good in organizing the queue for boarding and ensuring everyone got their receipt.
This sightseeing tour of the city of Merida is well worth the time and money. It helps to get acquainted with this beautiful city and also enjoy a very pleasant ride, especially because it's a HOHO type of bus.
Some of the seats upstairs were not clean. There was bird poop and debris on a few of the seats. Since this is a tourist attraction, and some tourists do not speak Spanish, there should have been an option to select a different language to listen to the guide.
Lovely tour. Bus was modern and clean. I signed up for English but was only given in Spanish. Other than that it was well moderated and decripted. The music and Bombas (jokes) added to flavor of tour.
The beautiful architecture and scenery….and the various changes in each part of the city.. okay already…that’s what I have to say..
This tour was nothing like what was sold to us: it only had one route, not two; it only had 2 stops instead of 12 as shown. It was also more expensive than if we had bought it at the bus and did not offer a senior discount as the provider does.
Excellent tour of the main points of interest of the City of Merida. Bus in good condition, friendly staff. I recommend preventing yourself with protection from the sun and heat, such as hat, umbrella, blocker.
The bus makes two very similar rounds and you can never get off at the points of interest except at the cathedral and Paseo 60. All in Spanish. I, who had a problem with my leg, used it to get an idea.
For the price, it was perfect for a city tour with some explanations. It was so hot that it was great in the late afternoon.
Highly recommended, you know specific points which later you can. Visit carefully. Recommended at the beginning of your stay in Merida.
You would think that tourists would ride in a 'tourist bus'. Unfortunately, all the announcements were in Spanish - even though it was previously stated that they would also be explained in English. It was completely uninteresting and totally boring for us because we didn't understand a word. We could have taken one of the public buses for less money. NEVER AGAIN. (We have never experienced that in any other country). It's a real shame.
La zona histórica. La antigua y la nueva Mérida. Paseo Montejo. Las casas y la explicación de estas.
Last week I went to visit Merida with my wife, while waiting at the bus stop, the bus guide, Freddy, approached us. He spoke three languages correctly: English, Italian and Spanish, greeted us and began to tell us the route of the visit. , then he told us that at noon he did not recommend the route and began to tell us about an eco-sustainable store that would have closed one day from now, and he invited us to take us to visit it. When we got there, he handed us over to a saleswoman saying that we needed some local hats for the sun and he began to present us with several options. In the end they insisted a lot to sell us two hats and at the end of the transition it turns out that they charged $300 on my card...they both agreed and the week later when Returning to Merida we saw the same store open and it had not closed. Bravo Freddy....I'm only writing this comment so that no one else falls into this scam...
It was a very good experience, I recommend this activity to know the most emblematic sites and know a little more about their history. I had already come to Merida repeatedly and thanks to this I was able to know places and history that I did not know. If you come, take advantage.
Excelente la explicación y el tiempo del recorrido, ademas de una destreza en el manejo de la unidad
Excellent option to know some of the most important places in the Cd of Merida, Yucatan, mainly Paseo de Montejo and the historic center, in very nice units, very comfortable and with a very complete auditory explanation.
Compré los boletos para ayer domingo pero al parecer no hubo Servicio. No pude tomar el tour. Necesito informes para devolución de lo q pagué por 2 boletos.
Excellent opportunity to get to know the city of Merida and learn about the history and historical constructions, economy of the time of the colony and history of the Maya and Spanish conquest.
