Mexico Private Transfer From Merida Airport To Central Merida

Never was Picked up from the Airport very disappointed waiting for more than 30 minutes no one showed up

It’s always hard to write an interesting review of something as simple as a transport from the airport, but I wanted write something so just to let others know that it worked as expected.

The booking was confirmed via Viator.com and the details for pickup and drop off were provided via the form. There was no driver to pick us up from the airport and we had to pay for a taxi on site instead.

Booked in-advance. Noted airline & arrival time. An agent phoned me on the arrival day to confirm the pick-up at 5pm, wrong I already booked it for 12:40pm arrival. The agent noted oh, we have the wrong time. We will have a transport at the airport at 1pm. No one every showed up. I call the number on my confirmation. The 1st number I called didn't have my reservation. They said call your tour provider direct. Why would you include a number to customer service that couldn't help me? I did a return call of the number that contacted me prior to my arrival. It took them a while to find my reservation. Finally, they found it and said it would take 15 minutes for a car to arrive. 20 minutes later, they arrived, but we had to stand there on the curb for another 15 minutes until the van showed up. They are just not organized at all.

Very friendly driver. Met us as soon as we came out of baggage claim and took us straight to our hotel.

Driver never showed up. What a scam. We had to hire a taxi. Company totally disorganized. Our flight was on time.

Our plane was delayed and we texted our driver and there was no issues with coming to the airport an hour and a half later than we set up. Anxiety level disappeared when we saw our name as we edited the doors. So great. We were in our Hotel I. 25 minutes later. Nice start to our vacation

Amazing servic, meet us as we departed the baggage area and introduced us to our driver. The driver was friendly, knew the area and provide a nice ride from the airport to our hotel. I would recommend

The ride i booked never showed up at the airport. Then customer service went home for night in the middle of our conversation without even telling me. They left me stranded in a foreign country late at night and clearly didn't care.

Our reservation had been cancelled the day before, however, the driver had no trouble with the change.

The driver was waiting for us on arrival. We had some confusion about lost baggage and he patiently waited for quite some time. He was very helpful getting the bags out of the car and overall it was great.

Very convenient! The host waited for us outside (after exiting custom) with a sign and walked us to the car. No need to worry about finding transportation and haggle at the airport. Booking through Viator was easy. The communication was very good. They sent confirmation emails before the trip and texted when we arrived. Thank you for a pleasant experience to start our vacation.

NEVER showed up to pick us up from the airport. THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION DID NOT WORK! Phone numbers did not work. It took them, 15 hours to answer a WhatsApp text. UNRELIABLE, AVIOD!

Ride did not show at the airport so I was forced to purchase a cab for travel to my hotel. I called the phone number and no answer.

Smooth and pleasant experience! My driver was waiting when I arrived and took me to my Airbnb apartment without without any issues. Would certainly use this service again.

I booked the transport and also informed the company about my arrival time but when I arrived at the airport no one was waiting for me. When I texted them, they told me I didn’t inform them about my arrival time, but I actually did it twice. I can’t recommend this company.

Great driver. He was waiting with a sign right on time. He was a very nice man who explained some things about Merida on the drive in to town. Would definitely recommend this service.

Good value; on time; friendly driver; confirmed the reservation and the drop off location. Uber and Didi are not allowed to enter the Merida airport. If you are traveling in a group then best to get a private van. Taxis too small for more than 2 people normally.

Driver was waiting right as i came out, took me to the taxi and drove me to my hotel. There was no anxiety or stress

horrible. nobody was at the airport to pick me up! I had to pay another taxi service to get me home . there was nobody to contact.

On 23 Dic same day we were to arrive the operator cancelled our pickup at Merida. I spent 3 hours w 4 different agents. None could fix the issue and I ordered a different option on my own. Sad that Viator couldn’t even try to fix and find other option when I did so in 5 mins online (after 3 hours ). Only hope I get refund as per cancellation. And guess what ? The operator showed up at the airport. Offered us i ride but I chose the other option. He apologized and knew their was a huge issue.
